Zion River Resort

This place was very nice. It had good amenities and was clean. It was kid friendly and I’m considering coming back with the family. RV hookups were great for power and charging an EV. The staff were very nice and there is tree coverage at the campsites for some added shade.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Zion River Resort. We stayed 2 nights in our camper van and used the electrical. Everything was exactly as or better than advertised. It was clean and well organized. The Wi-Fi strength was excellent. There were private bathrooms with toilet/shower combos. On site convenience store has everything you could want. We also enjoyed the heated lounge and we’re surprised with free coffee every morning. Great spot.

This was a beautiful park and very quiet at night. My only issue was the timers on the showers. It makes sense to help conserve water, but when you are on the road sometimes you want a long shower.

Clean rv resort with plenty of amenities and right down the road from Zion National Park. One of my favorite places for sure. Highly recommend.

Loved this campground. My only complaint is that the spots are tight. If you have a bigger rv I would definitely go with the pull through sites.

This place is really nice--like maybe too nice for me. Haha. Loop road is paved with those low curbs on the side. Street lights at night are helpful. Bathrooms are nice and clean. Site was great. Short drive to the gate into Zion NP. Great spot. Nicest we had on our trip.

Pull thru full hookup sites with dump at each site. Campground recently remodeled March 2023. Hot showers, clean bathrooms, nice store with food and tv/trailer needs, shirts, water shoes and souvenirs. Free Shuttle to Zion Park just outside the campground entrance. On the Virgin River and close to restaurants if needed.

Full hook ups, level sites next to the Virgin River. A little tight but plenty of space for our 40’ rig. Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of amenities to use if you’re hanging out the campground. Definitely recommend.

Pool was very busy, with the usual hot tub hoggers, but it was weekend and not the campsites fault.

However, there are only 3 shower/ toilet rooms next to the pool, this is not acceptable for such a large site. I waited 10 mins for a shower to come free (there was a queue) and then gave up, and had a shower in my small van. I paid for this site because i wanted to have a proper shower (our van is small), so this was frustrating.

There is road noise if on that side of the site, but its not terrible.

The shuttle they provide into Springdale is $15 each for a return journey, 4 times a day. dont miss the last one, or you walk the 10 miles back!. 

No restaurants/ bars within easy walking distance, some within a mile or 2 further down the road.

Easy to find, helpful staff, propane for sale (we filled up here, no problems), decent sized pitch, very clean.

We loved this rv park. It was beautiful, nice pool and had real grass at every site. The sound of the rushing river nearby was lovely too! Amenities were comfortable and people were friendly.

Check in was fast and smooth. Got the key and remote for the tv then head to the cabin that was around the way from the office/pool area. Sheets was provided for the queen bed but not the bunk beds. Which was fine because we were ready with our own sheets. Rest room and shower was right in front of our cabin, so we didn’t have to walk far. Good ac unit and lighting the with number of windows they got. Overall a great experience from our 1 night stay.

Second time we have stayed here and the facilities are always well maintained and Hosts are always very helpful.

Nice bathrooms and pool but very expensive for tent camping. Limited spots and showers timed.

We started a little rough-gave away our site but they made it better by comping us a night and finding us a place. We did have to switch sites the next day which was a pain but doable. Sites and facilities are well maintained. The pool was fun for the kiddo. Only thing I did not appreciate was the political flags they allowed campers to fly including what I can only assume is a staff member. If I was BIOPIC or LBGTQ+ I would feel very uncomfortable. 20 min away from all the hustle of Zion but close enough to feel a little space. Would stay again.

The resort was organized and well kept. Staff was accommodating, friendly and very informative regarding Zion national Park. Store was well stocked and laundry facility worked great. Sites were short, tight and a bit difficult to back in to. Little room for anything other than truck and trailer

We just arrived, but initial impression is very positive. The park stops seem very helpful, and the park is clean and easy to navigate. We had no trouble getting our 27 ft motorhome situated and level.

This has been a phenomenal stay. Love the staff, the grounds, amenities, and close to so many national parks. Lucked out getting a spot here. Fabulous!

Nice and clean. Toilets and showers are heated (good in Winter). All in all quiet place

In my view, the best RV park in the Zion Corridor near Virgin Utah.

Well maintained and clean. Sites are reasonable sized, with room alongside for picnic table and outdoor grill. Open fire pits for evening fires. Near blm lands for miles of hiking and mountain biking. Close to Zion park, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Water hookups need some maintenance - underground pipes leak causing minor water issues at some sites…

A great RV Resort conveniently located outside Zion National Park. Very well kept with nice shades spots. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Magnificent views. A great place to stay.

We stayed a week. They are very good to insure rules are followed. They are constantly cleaning the grounds (love it). Staff is friendly.

Sites - we had a pull thru. Perfect! Concrete parking with grass & rock pebbles on the side. Back in spots are available. Lots is tall trees to provide shade. Virgin river surrounding the resort.

Amenities- warm & clean pool. Jacuzzi. The store is nifty and open until 8. We have run over to ice cream desserts ☺️. Laundry rooms are ready on site.

Around the place - they gave us a few places to go when we arrived. We have been to both Ghost towns (excellent stops) & plan on a few more they told us about. So close to Zion & they will even drip you off at the base camp.

We stayed at Zion RV resort in Virgin, Utah just outside Zion National Park and nearby towns in October 2021. This is a very nice full-service RV resort that offers a variety of pull-through and back-in sites, and cabins. The sites are 50amp FHU, fairly long, and have nice spacing between sites. The park is pristine and offers a large inviting pool and hot tub, laundry room, playground, dog runs, propane fill station, and a real lodge with lots of apparel, home goods, ice, beer and other beverage choices. There is access to the Virgin River from the campground. We really enjoyed our stay here just minutes from Zion and other local attractions. The only downside was wifi coverage if you have Verizon. Clean and quiet campsite about 20 minutes from Zion park. Decent size sites with gravel or concrete pads. Some with grass. Trees dot the camp giving some nice shade. Views of some nice cliffs from inside. We stayed on the river, and although there is a berm between the campers and river, there is a path to get there. You get about 30’ between campers. Service pedestals are at the head of the site, so you’ll probably need 20’ of hose. Nice store, pool and spa, plus gold panning slough. Campfire ring with adjustable grates. All in all, a great stay!

This is a very nice well kept and clean campground. It has a River on the back side. People are nice, they go above and beyond with servicing their clients. We needed groceries and didn’t want to wait to unhook our rig to get to the store, just then a nice man that works there (Dan) offered to take us to the store. 😀 He even waited until we were done. Nice cabins…you can’t go wrong here…

After snagging just one night within the park itself, this was as close as one could get to Zion! The resort is beautifully maintained with all the amenities needed to thoroughly enjoy your stay! The price is high given the conveniences and proximity to Zion, but it is a quality park with nice staff!

We had a great time at this RV park. The quiet time didn't start at 10 but that is ok with us. They have concrete sites with full hookups. They were very level by the way. Many things to do, Cornhole, volleyball, a pool, hot tub, ice cream, playground, basketball & a river.
