Town & Country RV Park

Town & Country RV Park provides full-hookup sites with 30 and 50 amp service on paved roads throughout the facility. Located on the edge of Roswell, the park accommodates RVs up to 85 feet with level gravel pads and pull-through access. All sites operate as buddy sites, placing campers in close proximity to their neighbors.

The park maintains a structured environment with multiple surveillance cameras and posted signage. Brittany V. notes that "bathrooms are cleaned by custodial company daily" and reports strong cell coverage with "4 bars of 5G." Hot showers and laundry facilities serve campers, while a clubhouse provides indoor gathering space. The property includes both short-term and long-term residents, creating a mixed community atmosphere.

Campers stay here primarily to explore Roswell's UFO attractions, located eight minutes away by car. The park sits close to the main road, resulting in traffic noise but easy access to town amenities. Shade trees provide some relief, though coverage varies by site. A small dog park serves pet owners, though some reviewers suggest it could be larger.

Staff members receive consistent praise for friendliness and flexibility, with managers accommodating late arrivals and extending stays. Kent S. describes the facility as having "full hookups and the staff are friendly and courteous." AAA discounts apply to nightly rates. The park operates year-round with reservations available, making it a reliable base for visitors exploring southeastern New Mexico's attractions and campgrounds near Roswell.

Many visitors reported clean facilities, level sites, and friendly staff as standout features. Some feedback indicated road noise and limited shade as minor drawbacks, but most found good value with full hookups.

Nice place

This is the third RV park I’ve ever been to. The sites on either side of me were empty. I am in a drive through. There is restrooms and showers that are very clean and clean smelling. I wash my laundry up. With my AAA discount I got 2 nights for $92. The most I’ve spent so far. Located just on the end of town.

Great place for a quick stop or to check out Roswell

The camp host was very friendly; they have hot showers, ample laundry machines, the bathrooms were pretty clean, and the spots are pull-through and full hookups. My kids enjoyed the clubhouse.

Nice stay for a few days

Chose this campground to allow us to visit Roswell. Sites were nice and level. Staff was friendly. There were quite a few long term sites but plenty of open as well.
We extended our stay another day since we enjoyed the area and campground.

Good Campground, pleased.

We stayed a week. The camp host/Manager was great. Unfortunately, my wife and I were sick most of the week and didn't take pictures or get out much. The park was clean, well-maintained, and quiet in the overnight hours. Our site was a pull-through on a gravel pad. UFO museum, and we ate at Farleys which was ok.

Overall great spot on 285

This was a great experience staying at the campground. Bathrooms are cleaned by custodial company daily. The Wi-Fi works well and we have 4 bars of 5G. Paved roads throughout the campground and sites are 95% level rock. Biggest downfall would be that all sites are buddy sites. You’re just 8 minutes from all the action in Roswell, and we highly recommend hitting up Black Cock Brewery while staying here.

Just a good stop and go

To close to the main road. Little to no shade. Feels like a prison yard with all the signs and surveillance. The staff was nice though.

Best in Roswell.

I'd say that it's the best RV park in Roswell. Only suggestion that ai would have is that they enlarge their dog park. Showers, bathrooms, and pool weren't open while we stayed due to Covid.

Easy In & Out

This is a standard RV park. Reasonably priced with FULL hookups for 30a or 50a service. Lori the Mgr is kind and flexible. I arrived after the office was closed and she had my packet on the office porch.
