Route 66 - East of Seligman

We pulled into this nice little spot in the dark and set up camp. It was pretty peaceful with a little train noise in the background but it put me to sleep. Minimal traffic noise until about 10 pm then nothing until 6 am. We were happy with the spot until the sun came up and we spotted trash everywhere, over the cliff someone decided to make it there own private dump. Everything from furniture to actual trash. We did come across some minimal garbage within the camp that we cleaned up. This place would have received at least a 4 if not for this unfortunate reason.

There are actually a couple of spots here. Heading east at the brow of the hill, there is a dirt track to the left that apparently leads to a spot.

We stayed at the second dirt road (this is a small dirt loop road, so take the third dirt road if you miss the second).

If you end at the bottom of the dip at a big open gravel pit on the left you have gone to for.

A couple of bays for RVs for others to get past if need be.

Very little traffic noise. There are regular trains with horn blasts coming from over the ridge on a regular basis.

It's disappointing in that there is a lot of rubbish over the edge (you can't see it from the Rav) and a lot of toilet paper from freedom campers in the bushes.
