Camping in downtown Medora

All in all this campground was a good choice but not a great experience . One of it’s positives is also one of it’s negatives. Being a downtown campground it’s easy to walk to. However, it is in a residential neighborhood so nature is NOT in the house. The campsites are very close together and the roads are packed dirt so it can get dusty.

I read some reviews about how “bossy” one of the managers can be with customers. I had a few conversations with “her” and she was easy to work with and friendly.

My biggest concern is a lack of presence of a staff member during the night and the early morning. I went to shower about 7:30 and I was horrified to see that the toilet had backed up and came out of the drain on the shower floor. It was almost an hour until the store opened and I could report it.

SiteI did not record this.
