We really enjoyed this park for tent camping. Our site was right on the river with incredible views and a good deal of privacy. They sell firewood on the honor system and it’s centrally located to the campsites. The check-in time of 4:00 is a bit late, and when we arrived, we found someone occupying our reserved site. They promptly moved out when we mentioned the reservation. The “good” bathrooms were a bit disappointing, and I’d advise everyone to steer clear of the composting toilets near the parking lot. Cell service with AT&T was fine, but if you have Verizon, you’re out of luck. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely return in the future.
