Nicest campground bathrooms we’ve ever seen
We stayed here during treefort and were quite pleased. Sites are paved and quite level!
Minutes to downtown Boise. Super cheap and easy to Uber or Bike into town and back.
The bathrooms are so well maintained. They look brand new and almost untouched. Showers are the same. There aren’t really any amenities, but with Boise right there we really were only at the campground in the morning and at night which was nice.
There is an airport right next to the grounds so it can get a little noisy from the jets but it didn’t bother us too much.
Would definitely stay again during Treefort. Wayyy better than spending $1000+ on a hotel
Great location but lots of highway noise
Great spot right in Boise city limits, but right next to the airport and highway. Facilities are very nice and staff is very friendly. Only issue was the road noise.
Good
Just off I-84 and close to BSU. Well maintained park with very clean bathrooms, showers and laundry. Very friendly staff. Sites are not crammed together. Biggest drawback is the highway noise.
Very convenient
This RV Park is very convenient if you want to be close to Boise and BSU. BSU move in/move out dorms and apartments are 5 minutes away. This park is very clean and well maintained. The bathroom/shower area is very, very clean. Con= You are right next to I-84 so there is lots of road noise.
We aren’t here during the day with all there is to do. At night we wear ear plug to sleep
Most helpful friendly staff
Yes it is loud with the freeway and airport however with windows closed it’s not so bad for how extremely clean the place is kept and knowledgable staff willing to help with anything
Great Smaller Park with New Owners
While exploring southeastern Idaho we were looking at some extreme temps coming our way and wanted the luxury of electric hookups for AC. Mountain View is located in the small town of Arce and near Craters of the Moon National Monument, so we decided to book a few days. Most sites have nice shade trees to help cool your rig and allow comfortable outdoor seating. The new owners are excited and making an effort to improve the park and its owner operated restaurant. Good cell coverage with Verizon, clean bathrooms, and quiet park.
Very nice for an urban RV park
I needed a place to stay to visit family. It is conveniently located. Spaces all had strips of grass on either side, and nice shade trees. Bathrooms were very nice and very clean. Laundry was cheap to do. Lots of folks with dogs, I like that. But no dog poop on the grounds. I had full hookups for a Saturday and Sunday. Site 12. Nice pull through. I would stay here again. Justin was very friendly and offered help for anything I might need.
Clean & Quiet
Very nice! The grounds are so pretty, with trees and grass. The owner is very nice and helpful. This is just a few minutes from the visitor center to Crater of the Moon National Monument. Great find!
A clean RV parking lot but no bueno
We were hoping for better. Well maintained, orderly park but it was all the small stuff. Bathrooms and showers were closed due to Covid yet no advance warning(we would have gone elsewhere).
No fire ring. Grill in the weirdest places - ours was with a few feet of neighbors sewer connection. Not sure how that came to be but needless to say - we found a restaurant.
Ok for one night but it could be much better for $40 plus dollars a night ( mail in checks which is weird within itself)
Nice Clean Campground near Craters of the Moon
We stayed in site# B4 with full hook up. Nice level site with a picnic table very clean. We stayed here because it's close to Craters of the moon which is a neat national Park to visit. It's a dark sky park and has great little hikes.
The campground had a little restaurant that is open on weekends so we had a good dinner in there they served Ribs (fall off the bone), a loaded baked potato, slaw & garlic toast for $16.00 and they have beer & wine.
This was a stop on the way from Florida to Oregon glad we stopped here.
