Good stay!
This KOA is located close to everything you need in the Meridian Boise area. The sites are pretty close, and the wifi is not great. Those are my only reasons for the 4 star.
Great Staffand well maintained
This KOA is pretty centrally located to all your needs in the Boise-Meridian area. The campground is well maintained and staffed. The staff is friendly and super helpful ( they trimmed some trees upon our arrival without us even requesting it). The sites are level and the utilities are in good repair
We’ll kept, convinient to Boise
Sites are level river rock. Park is clean and well cared for. Bathhouses are clean, new and adequate. WiFi if ok, pretty normal for a campsite. There is a lot of traffic in the area but they provided good directions.
Fantastic park
Very clean and neat. Price is also great. Nestled in the city and tress surrounding the park helps. The staff is very polite and helpful. Highly recommended!!
Best way to stay in Boise
It’s got very nice access to a lot of plazas that are really RV friendly. The sites are well maintained and the site itself is quite beautiful.
Great for an overnight
Friendly staff, decent sites but the location is ehhh, not great but not horrible. Not easy to get to either but overall it’s decent enough for an overnight
KOA Near Boise
This is an urban campground in a suburb of Boise. Since it's in town, there's occasional traffic noise. No trains, but must be near the airport. Plane noise was not intrusive. Some traffic noise. There's a high privacy fence around the campground. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms& showers. After last night's stay at Rawlins, I was overjoyed with the paved roads, tree& sliver of grass at our site. This is a very well kept& attractive campground& I would recommend
Overnight stay
Very clean and pool is great. Camp host escorted us to our site to make sure we found it and everything was ok. Only complaint is the sites are very close together.
Do you need to visit this area?
This is a fine place to stay if you’re in the area visiting friends, doing something, etc. This place is huge and 3/4’s of the spots are people who live here. Nice staff, clean park, etc.
Made our night!!
We stopped through on a trip to the Midwest, and needed a place to stay last minute. The camp host was incredibly friendly and allowed us to park in a non-designated spot since we were self-contained with our tent topper. I’m sure this was non-standard but was certainly appreciated.
Central, More Urban Location
This RV park is clean and very well maintained. There are many full-time RV residents here. There are also spots for short stays. There are picnic tables interspersed through out the park with small grassy areas between parking spots. It has propane, horse shoe pits and a large meeting room. The location is near the the central part of Meridian, there is no open land, rivers or other natural attractions within walking distance. It is near the Roaring Springs Water Park, shopping and I-84.
