Lovely small campground Lovely small campground
Arrived at 4:30, in our 24ft camper. All RV sites were full. When driving out the camp host, John, greeted us with a smile, and confirmed RV sites were full, but one Tent site was available, and we could stay in the parking spot. Fire pit Table Garbage Water Cleanest bathroom ever Quiet
Handy spot off I-90
We stayed one night in our tent, while traveling west. There are a number of short walk-in tent sites. Water and outhouse were nearby. Occasionally, we could hear traffic on the road.
Nice quaint campground
Small campground with nice campsites along the creek and bathrooms/water available. Not too far outside of Coeur d’ Alene but feels secluded! My only complaint was that it wasn’t very private. No trees or anything to separate the campsites.
Cute Small Campsite
We stayed over on our way from Eastern Wa to MT and this was the perfect place for the night. Not a ton of campsites and we were lucky one was available. Seems close to the lake. Great place for a quick stopover.
Around the lake campground
Just a short 3-4 miles off I90 right close to lake.
Beautiful Location
My boyfriend and I stayed here with our three dogs. It’s a beautiful campground that is well maintained. It is just far enough from the city that it still feels like an outdoor adventure. Fair warning - the ground where we were was incredibly hard and we couldn’t stake in our tent. That was our only main issue. Everything else was wonderful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple yet gorgeous camping experience.
Great location!
Small clean campground close to the city but makes you feel like you are in the woods. Beautiful site and we will definitely be back!
Basic but you can’t see your neighbors
This is a great campground although there is no actual creek, just a creek bed. The spaces are far apart so you can’t see your neighbors. It’s extremely quiet with fire rings. Low hanging trees for RVs so go slow!
Pleasant stay close to CDA
Nice small campground, quiet at night, good spacing and foliage between sites. Camp host was very nice. Some sites first come, others reservable. Would stay again.
Basic Camping, simple and clean
We spent one night here. It's a small, basic place to camp but beautiful and clean.
If you are looking for a place to sleep or a base for exploring Coeur d'Alane this is the spot.
Not a lot a privacy between sites, but they are well spread out to allow for personal space.
The Camp Host was very friendly and made rounds 3 times during our stay. They also sell firewood for $7.00 a bundle.
The toilets were very clean. Trash cans were available throughout.
Some spots are RV/trailer friendly. We even notice a few double spots.
We arrived around 4 pm and and were able to get a site.
Site 10 is nice and flat. Plenty of room for the kids to run. We also saw lots of chipmunks and rabbits.
The creek bed was totally dry when we were here.
Each site has a table and fire ring. Some have a shelter as well over the table.
Close to Lake Coeur d'alene
Great little spot with close access to lake beaches and hiking trails. I stayed for 2 nights with my dog and it was very enjoyable. Creek doesn't seem to run most of the year but that was alright with me. There are a number of sites around a field and a few more further up in the campground and more secluded. I would stay here again!

5 stars for beauty
However , yellow jackets are swarming you. Nobody was stung when we were there and I find that amazing. Other than the yellow jackets the place is beautiful
Pretty and quiet
Nice quiet camp ground! The creek was dry when I visited unfortunately but the sites were nice and it wasn't overly crowded.
Nice campground with a very kind and friendly camp host!
We stayed in a big open central meadow that had a few sites in it, but the campground also had some sites that were more tucked back in the vegetation. There are pit toilets (very clean and smelled surprisingly good!) and a water pump nearby. The camp host was very friendly and accommodating. There was a bit of a wasp problem there (we were there in August), so not the best place to go if you’re afraid of or allergic to bees and wasps.
Good tent camping
Basic campground good for families great space from other campsites
Great location and nicely secluded
Stopped here on a road trip through the area. Camp is amazingly set up to get access to a lot of amazing views and hikes. Excellent camp spaces, lots of great tree coverage. Vault toilets...
