This is such a unique park on the Emerald Coast. It isn't like any of the "parking lot" parks you see where rvs are stacked like cords of wood. This used to be called "Magnolia Beach" before it came under new ownership, and the magnificent, big magnolias provide perfect shade. It truly has a shabby-chic vibe throughout. The biggest selling points are the central location and the private beach on the sound. Be sure to reserve a site AWAY from the highway and its noise.
