THIS IS THE PLACE!
DEFINITELY recommend this resort! It's the perfect place to pull your RV, especially if teetering it along the edge of a really gnarly cliff isn't your cup of tea. There's a pool, and hot tub, mini golf, a little store, and PONIES next door! Definitely recommend trail rides.
Great place to stay close to Mesa Verde National Park
Nice campground with decent size sites. Camp store was ok and laundry room was huge and pretty clean.
Mesa Verde NP was awesome!

Quiet, no frills RV resort
This RV resort is fine. The spots are wildly close together and small, but the bathroom/shower and laundry is very nice. We are here in late October and it is very quiet. Try to ask for a spot on the outer edge, much nicer.
Sweet, Well Maintained, Campground!
This is a beautiful, maintained campground right outside of Mesa Verde National Park. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The gentleman even escorted us to our site. The sites are nicely spaced out on gravel, and are clean and well kept. Many places to sit and relax such as an outdoor patio, two hot tubs, a pool, ponds, etc. We had full hook up which was exactly what we wanted. The campground did fill up by evening. There is a bit of a sewer smell when the wind blows due to their sewer treatment site being in close proximity to the campground, however, it was manageable and didn’t notice the smell much. The wifi became slower as more people were on it in the evening. There is not much cell service for AT&T. This is a sweet little campground definitely worth checking out.
Location, location, location
Located less than 1 mile from Mesa Verde National Park entrance, this campground has wonderful owners who understand the meaning of hospitality! The sites are maintained daily and there are nice little touches throughout the campground, like potted plants at the pedestal of each site and site lights that can be turned off if one wishes (protect the dark sky).
There's a playground, pool and adults only spa, the office store has the little things one might have forgotten, there's a separate tent area, a well outfitted laundry room and clean showers. They also conveniently offer propane for sale.
The gravel site I was in was fairly level and had full hook ups. Free wi fi available. Not much privacy between spaces, but not sandwiched in like some "resorts". A little road noise and if the wind blew from a certain direction the leach field/pond scent would waft by, but overall a nice place to stay.
Excellent Stay
We loved the staff and were able to upgrade us (for a fee) to a premium site. It was worth the money. We tow a vehicle and it made it so we did not have to unhook. Clean and quiet. Would stay again!
Great place for Mesa Verde
We spend two nights in the RV resort. It is only 0.5 miles away from the national park entrance and the perfect place to stay if you want to visit Mesa Verde. Very nice hosts, clean toilets and showers, whirlpool, BBQ area, a little shop and much more. Definitely a good place to stay!!!
Couldn’t ask for a better location to visit Mesa Verde
Located 1/2 mile east of the National Park entrance. Sites are roomy, property very clean and staff friendly
First Timers
This was our 1st experience into the world of RV campgrounds. We found this place last minute driving from Utah, where we purchased our RV, back to Dallas. It was perfect in every way. Showers were clean and updated. The couple who run the place were personable and helpful. A gentleman there even offered my husband to help dump our tanks for the first time. We had a baby and a 13 year old. The putt putt was fun and the playground area was very well maintained. There was a SPACIOUS dog park. You can fill your propane here too. All in all if we ever find ourselves returning to that area to go to Mesa Verde Park we will 100% stay here again.

Best place to stay outside Mesa Verde
Would stat inside the national park if available- this was a great RV resort with a playground, pool, pond, dog walk area.
Great location
Nice tent sites at the back of the park ,clean shower and bathrooms, 1/2 mile outside the entrance to mesa verda national park
Perhaps the Perfect Campground
A beautiful location just across the road from Mesa Verde National Park. Spotless, modern bathrooms with enough showers and stalls to not have to wait. Not too huge that you get lost. Very nice people working the office and reservations. Easily accessible sites and hookups. We've been stayed twice in three years and it has remained the same well-maintained campground. One very nice large pool and two spas. Playground area as well. Laundry is super clean and reasonably priced.
