Great for kayak and brew pub

We had a great spot on the water with beautiful sunset and walking distance to a pub and pizza place.

Great location on the river

I have a class B so picked a tent site (no hookups) but directly on the water. Fantastic sunset views. Lots of activity w/boats launching. Site has firepit and table. Gravel and level. Close to town/restaurants. If you are ok with some traffic (boats launching etc) and want a grwat view. This is it.

Underwhelming

The place represents itself as a high end marina/campground. We got there and it was very run down. Showers barely worked, everything was overgrown, marina water was gross, and there was no one watching the place, and semi’s ride their compression brakes down the hill on the highway all night. Really cool location and they are fixing things up but long way to go

Nice view

This is one of the many little campgrounds along the Columbia River in this area. It’s not fancy, no water or electricity at the tent sites. However you have a great view of the water and it’s fairly quiet. There are showers and bathrooms and ice available at the office. We chose it for it’s location, central to the ice caves and the coast.

Plenty of options

This small campground has it all. A few yurts, cabins on the water, lots of tent spaces and partial hook up with a dump station. Thebathrooms were clean and had showers. Tent sites were only $25.00 a night! There are firepits and picnic tables at each site. Ice is sold at office and the hosts are very friendly.

The small town of Skamokawa is super cute and gives you a few options for dining. The Ducks Inn was particularly good.

You are right in the marina so traffic is pretty heavy but the views of the Columbia and beaches for kids make it worth it
