Lewis & Clark Campground & RV Park

Columbia River access draws anglers and paddlers to Lewis & Clark Campground & RV Park, where established timber provides shade across closely spaced sites. The campground sits near active train tracks, with freight trains running throughout the night according to multiple campers. Some sites are marketed as "creek side," though reviewers note the water access differs from expectations.

The RV park accommodates both short-term visitors and long-term residents in a mix that creates a lived-in atmosphere. Showers and restrooms receive mixed reviews, with campers recommending flip-flops for shower use. Cell service proves spotty across the property. Nicholas & Elizabeth H. found it a "nice quiet campground" with "beautiful view nice established old timber," though the proximity to rail lines affects the overnight experience.

The location provides easy access to Columbia River Gorge hiking trails and outdoor activities, making it functional for campers who plan to spend daylight hours exploring rather than relaxing at their site. Those seeking pet-friendly options near North Bonneville will find the campground accepts pets with standard restrictions. Reservations help secure preferred sites, particularly given the compact layout and varying proximity to both the river and railroad tracks.

Unremarkable

Expensive in my opinion for what it was. I stayed "by the creek...." lol. Good enough for a night. Bathroom was fine. Can't say I would stay here again with the wealth of other options in the area.

It’s fine

We had a “creek side” space. There’s no water. I would have picked a different sight if I would have known. Cell signal is just ok. Showers are just ok. I’d wear flip flops. Sights are kinda close & pretty shaded. Close to tons of hikes & things to do outside so we didn’t stay too long during the days. Weather was awesome.

Relaxed

Easy and relaxed. Only downside is frequent freight trains throughout the night.
