Power issues

The management staff B. Lang and K. Lang has be extremely unresponsive and difficult to speak with about issues we had in Glen 27. We have left several voice messages, on several occasions visited the main office and facilities and sent email with only a single reply. Our issues is still outstanding and I have not response from the management staff While camping at this resort we had several issues with the shore power for our RV. We have spoken to many fellow owners only to find out they had several issues that have been reported to management with no resolution. 

Update 11/29/2023 I received a vague response from B. Lang with Wilderness saying they could not find any issues. I asked for a report of their finding which they have not provided. The matter is not resolved as I was told i should be reimbursed for the damages. I submitted a receipt for but not reimbursed. Ms. Lang is posting response to the reviews but no responding to my emails directly

Lots to do and loads of fun

A lovely campground with great site selection options and loads of fun things to do. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a lakeside beach, a well stocked campground store and two fishing lakes and a fishing pond to choose from. Even though it rained during our stay, with so much to do, we had a wonderful time. We camped lakeside next to Hazel Grove Lake and enjoyed the beautiful view and on one occasion, a beautiful lakeside sunset. Fishing during breaks in the rain was great and watching the Mallard ducks, Canada Geese and Great Blue Herons was enjoyable and very rewarding. We’re looking forward to our next visit and stay.

wilderness resort

It's a good place to bring your family to play some Frisbee golf, The RV spots are like being in the woods, indoor pool,lake to swim or fish.you can rent paddle boats and Jon boats.the camping store as everything u need and pluse homemade food.

Sitewe stayed a week in one spot Glen 27-294 very level site wide open then site glen27-119 was a wooded are my favorite spot rite near the lake

Just as I remembered

I use to go here with my grandparents all the time when I was a kid. Havent been back in 16 or so years and I've been dying to go back. So I Finally did a few weekends ago and it was the absolute best. Just as I remembered it and even better.
