Hogback Mtn Trailhead

Spacious dispersed camping sits directly off Route 9 in Marlboro, providing quick highway access for RVs up to 45 feet. The open layout accommodates multiple rigs without crowding, while westward views stretch across the Vermont landscape. Located across from a local distillery rather than on Hogback Road itself, the site remains accessible year-round even during snow conditions.

Cell service reaches the area, and both hiking and equestrian trails connect from the trailhead. The roadside position means highway noise but eliminates challenging access roads. Campers can explore camping near Marlboro or visit nearby Molly Stark State Park Campground for a more traditional camping experience.

Solid overnight spot

As other review indicates - plenty of room and a very nice view looking west. Biggest thing to know is that it is located right off of 9, across from the distillery and not on Hogback Rd. It is open and accessible even in snow!
