Park City RV Resort is just minutes from 3 world-class ski Resorts, championship golf Courses, 300+ hiking and Biking Trails, world-renowned fly Fishing, and much more! Park City RV Resort offers beautiful, large sites with views of the Olympic Sports Park and snowcapped mountains. Relax in our heated pool and spa after a day of exploring the many outdoor activities the area offers. Enjoy a variety of restaurants, shops, art galleries, summer concerts, and in winter, the greatest snow on earth. We often sell out during June-August and the ski season (December – March), we highly recommend that you make your reservation early if you are planning on visiting us during these times. Don’t forget you bring your mountain bikes. You can ride many of the world-class trails right from the park. Or take the paved bike path to Kimball junction or downtown Park City.

Registration and Arrival

Check In Procedure

- Check In: 1pm

- Check Out: 11am

- Please occupy your site and do not move without first checking with the front desk manager.

- Please renew your campsite by 10:00 AM if staying another day.

- Additional charge for late departures.

- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Quiet Hours

- 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Campground Standard Policy

- Assignment of sites will be made by management at the registration office only.

- Visitors must check in at the registration office before entering the campground and pay the fee.

- No overflow parking available.

- The Park doesn’t offer storage of RVs, boats, cargo trailers, or tow trailers.

- We do not allow wood burning or charcoal fires.

- Please do no damage to the trees or shrubbery.

- No more than two vehicles (cargo trailers included) are allowed on a site at any time.

- Please do not park on the grass or vacant sites.

- No on-street parking at any time

- Please do not move picnic tables from one site to another.

- Please display the auto pass in the front windshield.

- Please secure your own valuables.

- The campground cannot be responsible for loss or theft.

- Please do not wash cars or RV’s on your site.

- We do not have site pick up. Please place your garbage in the dumpster convenient to your site.

- Donut Gasket and/or 90-degree angle must be used on all sewer hookups

Speed Limit

- Speed limit throughout the park is 5 M.P.H.

- Please watch for children

Alcohol Restriction

- No excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages.

- No alcohol containers visible.

- No alcohol allowed in the building.

Swimming

– There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool.

- Children under the age of 14 may not swim without an adult in attendance.

- Pool hours are 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

- No children under 14 years permitted in the hot tub.

Bath House & Laundry

– Our bath houses are cleaned frequently during the day and night.

- They are closed in rotation for heavy scrubbing for one hour each day.

Pets

- Pets are permitted if kept quiet and leashed at all times, and not left unattended.

- Pets are not allowed in any buildings or in or around the pool area.

- Clean up after your pet immediately (bags provided).

- Failure to comply with these rules will result in an immediate eviction with no refund.

- No aggressive breeds are allowed in the park at any time.

- List of aggressive breeds not allowed, including a mix of these breeds:

- Pit bulls, Rottweilers, Wolf, Doberman Pinschers, Mastiff.

Beware not a resort

Beware the pretty pics don’t show how bad this place really is.. Ok they can’t help being situated right beside the freeway and the constant noise from it that makes it very unpleasant to sit outside and even the staff wear industrial earplugs at night. It’s the rest of it that’s really bad, from first meeting the arrogant manager he made it pretty clear that he wasn’t here to help or be nice. The laundry required quarters which they couldn’t provide, was told to download an app which he then told us rarely works on an iPhone. I’m not here to help too bad you don’t have quarters Ladies bathroom out of order Gardeners with industrial gas blowers and mowers started at 8am in the morning.. why couldn’t they schedule them for 11. But the rude manager said that’s just the way it is. Have stayed in many RV parks, usually with friendly people, this place is the worst. Also the other items that others have bought up, like parking right next to each other, the list goes on but our recommendation is don’t come here!!!

Convenient location tucked into the hillside

Tucked into a nice little spot in the hills 15-20min shy of park city. You can see some of the ski slopes from the park. Easy after hours check in at 6pm. Laundry 24 hours. Paved sites and roads - kids scootered around past sunset. Pool was closed - darn! Booked this location for the pool… would have been up in the mountains more if I knew ahead of time no pool. Darn!

We were basically offered a spot on the driveway vs an actual camper spot. Unable to open our awning as it would literally have blocked everyone in. Other than that it seemed to be lacking maintenance. I do not recommend.

Hot tub! POOL! This place is amazing. I recommend the lower spots, G and H or tent campsites as they are farther from the road. There’s a nice creek down there and still close bathrooms with shower.

Didn’t stay, just called

Called in for a one night stay for a class A pulling a trailer. I was told i would need to unhitch the trailer, which I have never had to do at a campsite then followed by asking me the year of my motor home. After looking at their website, it made a bit more sense, quite disappointed by their business structure, going to Echo Island RV Resort instead.

Good for a night

Full hook ups. 3 levels. Right off of I80 so be prepared for the noise. Spots are long but very narrow. Less than 3’ between our slides and the neighbor’s slides. The neighbor’s sewer hook up is right at our front door. The picnic table is located on the back side of the rig. There is a pool and hot tub but the hot tub has been drained and pool could be closing due to a chlorine shortage in the area. The gym is just a treadmill and a stationary bicycle. It was a good place to overnight in

Not Van Friendly

RV park is not van friendly. Called today and was told camper vans not welcome here. They do not allow car camping. Restrooms closed as a COVID precaution, so no toilets or showers. $55 a night minimum.

Kind of pricy

Kind of pricy for what it is. We paid almost $50 for full hook ups on the second level. A back in site really close to two other RVs on dirt/rocks. But even though it’s right off the highway it was reasonably quiet. There seem to be three levels with the bottom level by the creek, with mostly partial hookups, looking the most attractive. It was closed for the winter as of Oct 9th though. The bottom level also had nice grassy areas for kids to play in. Bring your fishing pole as they do let you fish in the creek. There was laundry available though no change machine so bring quarters. Apparently there was also a hot tub. It was a decent place though overpriced imho.

Awesome location

Convenient location right off of hwy 80! Thought there would be highway noise, but we were far away enough not to hear it. Clean bathrooms. Went to Whole a foods for salads and brought back to picnic table. In the morning, stopped by Starbucks before getting back on highway. On the campground, there is a creek and nice hiking path for the early riser in your group.

Great location, variable sites

The location of these grounds is money. You have direct access to the bike path that leads directly into Old Town Park City and links you with lots of other trails. It’s right off the highway, so access is easy and there’s a Whole Foods, restaurants, gas and outlet shopping all less than a mile away. By car, Park City is about 15 min away, Salt Lake City is about 30 min. The star rating of these grounds can really be variable based on where your spot is located. There are 4 tiers of spots (the grounds are literally tiered), the top of which are reserved for newer, specific class vehicles. These spots have concrete pads and grass next to them and are available for ownership. You’re right on the road, so I’m sure noise can be a factor. The second tier still has full hookups but are gravel and have a bit nicer views, and road noise is blocked. The third tier, the one in which we were, are PHU. Half these spots are all gravel and very, very close. So close that our neighbor’s slide out prevented us from really using the picnic table. But it’s okay bc the picnic table was broken and gross. Some of the spots on this tier have meager plots of grass, a shaded structure and overlook the stream. They seem a bit nicer. Ours abutted the dirt wall and had a lot of wildlife (marmots? Chubby squirrels?) running around. They seem harmless, if just bold. The hookups were fine. The fourth tier has more PHUs and tent camping on nicer, grassy plots with the creek surrounding. I think we wound up with the crappiest location, but I’d still rate these grounds 4 stars. The pool/ hot tub was small but decent and has a lovely view. The other amenities are nice-to-haves. They have a lot of rules including no wood fires, though staff seemed friendly and not at all overbearing. We booked only about a week ahead of time, so we knew we wouldn’t have one of the better plots. The place was emptier on the weekdays and filled-up on the weekends. We enjoyed our stay as there’s a lot to see and do in the area and you’re barely at the campgrounds. Bring your bikes!
