Fort Bliss RV Park accommodates RVs up to 50 feet across 130 concrete pull-through sites with full hookups, operating year-round exclusively for active duty, reserve, and retired military personnel and their families. Located off Highway 54 near Interstate 10, the facility requires military ID for access and operates on a first-come, first-served basis without reservations.
The park features level concrete pads with electrical, water, and sewer connections, plus amenities including a laundromat with commercial machines, three fenced dog runs, and a community building. Michael C. notes "excellent over the air TV reception" with solid Verizon coverage throughout the park. WiFi access is limited to the family room area.
Highway noise from Route 54 affects sites nearest the road, particularly those in the back row. The park maintains a mix of short-term travelers and longer-term residents. "Clean, level cement pads" with wide sites provide space for chairs and grilling, according to Dennis P.. A Shopette sits across from the entrance for basic supplies.
Rates range from $19-25 nightly depending on military status. Calling ahead helps gauge availability despite the no-reservation policy.
