Boykin Springs NF Campground sits within Angelina National Forest, operating year-round with basic amenities including drinking water, restrooms, and trash service. The US Forest Service manages this drive-in facility at rates of $0-$10 per night, though pets are not permitted on the grounds.
A single camper review highlights the campground's quiet atmosphere and access to creeks and pipe-fed springs that warrant historical research. Cell service varies by carrier, with T-Mobile showing no coverage while Verizon provides connectivity. The restroom facilities include warm showers but could benefit from updates. For those planning extended stays in the region, camping near Angelina National Forest offers additional options throughout the forest system.
