The Terry Farm is proud to offer Out to Pasture RV Campground, a quiet and peaceful retreat with 4 spacious RV sites. Each site includes 50/30/20‑amp electrical service, water, and sewer hook‑ups for a comfortable and convenient stay. Originally established as a dairy farm in 1947, the land carries decades of hard work, love, and peace. Though the dairy operation closed in 2001, the spirit of the farm remains—and we’re honored to share that sense of calm and country charm with every guest who visits. 7 miles from BIG SOUTHFORK National River & Recreational Area, 3 miles to shopping/dining. Come enjoy beautiful landscape, gorgeous sunrise and sunsets while reconnecting with nature at this unforgettable escape.

🌿 Property Guidelines

To protect the land, wildlife, and the peaceful atmosphere we’re known for, we ask all guests to follow these guidelines:

All ponds are off limits

No fishing or hunting, boating, swimming, ice tubing, or ice skating is permitted. The ponds are for viewing and wildlife watching only.

If you see deer or other wildlife on the property, please enjoy them from a distance. No hunting or fishing is allowed anywhere on the farm.

Waivers are required

All guests must sign a waiver on or before arrival.
