Silver Spur RV Park & Resort

Silver Spur RV Park & Resort accommodates RVs up to 60 feet with full hookups and operates year-round with reservation availability. The private campground sits on open terrain near Silverton, though several reviewers note the gravel driveways leading to sites can be quite bumpy and rough.

The park maintains well-kept lawns and an asphalt office parking area, with angled pull-through sites that make maneuvering larger rigs manageable. A children's playground and pool provide on-site recreation, while the office offers complimentary coffee and popcorn. "The RV spaces are very easy to get into being angled," notes one visitor in a 40-foot coach, though multiple campers mention the sites run small with limited space between neighbors.

Long-term residents occupy many of the monthly spots. Campers staying in B lot should expect significant highway noise, which one reviewer found "unbearable." The park includes a single cabin rental option for those without RVs, as tent camping is not available. Staff receives consistent praise for friendliness and responsiveness, maintaining clean restrooms and shower facilities throughout the property.

The compact site layout and road conditions make this better suited for shorter stays rather than extended visits, particularly for larger RVs needing more space.

Campers regularly cited friendly staff and good family amenities as highlights. Site maintenance is solid but spaces run small and cramped. Highway noise affects some areas significantly.

Nice club house and pool

We stay here often. Nice amenities but the sites are in need of tlc. Most lots are monthly.

Road Noise

While the park is nice and well maintained, the B lot backs right up to the highway with unbearable road noise. Had two nights planned but will be leaving after the first.

Not terrible.

I ended up here last minute due to weather on the Oregon coast. I’m in a 40’ coach. It’s a very well kept RV park, a lot of long term residents were here. The office is very nice, the lawns are very nice, the office parking lot is asphalt. Has a nice little children’s play area. There are very bumpy gravel driveways to the RV parking spots (possibly just the time of year causing the poor road condition). The RV spaces are very easy to get into being angled. We stayed in a pull through space, easy in and easy out. Only giving a 4star rating for the very small RV spaces. Was very crammed for anything more than a last minute stay.

Amazing! Family / pet friendly

Amazing RV Park, well maintained roads, lots, and landscaping. Both fellow campers and staff were extremely welcoming. There was also plenty to do around the campsite between fishing, the small kids park and the park provided activity’s (corn hole, etc.). The only reason I say 4 stars is the sites are a little small. Very little space between other campers.

Superior RV Resort

We have stayed at Silver Spur RV Park several times before and have always thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Not only is the staff professional, knowledgeable and responsive but also very friendly and they take care to make sure everyone enjoys their stay! It’s clean, very well maintained and close to the many wonderful sights in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little spot

We stayed at their only cabin. The state park was full and we were in a tent (this place has no tent sites). The price was awesome! The cabin was great! They have all sorts of activities for you and kids if you have them. They just put in a pool. The bathrooms and showers were great! They were super nice and offered free coffee and popcorn in the office. I loved staying here!
