Really nice park for a short stay

Literally 100 feet from the beach, this tiny campground offers full hookups, 50 amp for 4 sites (the rest are 30 amp), a conveniently located, clean and tidy bathrooms with showers, a laundry and well-cared-for sites. Our 40-foot rig fit nicely into a pull-through and though our 20-foot truck would have fit fine diagonally, they have a free overflow parking area mere feet away. I don't know if it's the case year-round but they are set up to allow you to look at all of the available sites and pick the one you like. That was fun! Great to discover there was a 50-amp available AND it was a pull-through! Super convenient, great vibe here. Highly recommended for anyone that loves strolling on the endless beach and combing for rocks and shells. Terrific. Also walkable to Gold Beach. If you want to do any hiking, pop in your car and there are many options near by!

You will need to be aware that this is an old park. Things are rusting and need to be replaced, but it's a super place to stay. They could put about $20k into the place to make it up to snuff but no complaints here, it's so peaceful and tucked away!

Quite RV park on the beach

Great place, enjoyed the laundromat and showers they had there. Right on the beach. Sites are a little tight to get into for larger rigs. Non discriminatory on rigs

On the beach at Irelands in OR

Returning camper.

We were the only guests at this campground in December 2021. At this time of year this is a peaceful, campground. Not a single complaint or disappointment. Some have mentioned that this park was broke down and ratty. Perhaps it once was but a lot of work has gone into making this a nice place on the beach.

The staff is very friendly.

On the Oceanside of Highway 101

We have stayed here several times over the years. The beach is a short walk as well as the downtown area of Gold Beach. Gold Beach is located at the mouth of the famous Rogue River with world class salmon fishing. Our last visit showed the park with signs of the coastal elements tearing away at it’s soul. The sunsets are as beautiful as ever

A Fallen Gem

We stayed a week at this Park in June 2020 However we had stayed at this RV park in 2006 for a month or more. So we really have a good base line as to what it use to be like and it was a Real Gem of a park back then. Oh how things have changed. The bath house was closed and run down. No Laundry available. The Dumpsters were full of garbage. The Grass was chest high. on most of the sites and had not been mowed in weeks and weeks. All the water hook-ups were leaking and the power boxes were in real disrepair. The only thing this park has going for it is the proximity to the beech. We had a billing issue that has still not been resolved over 2 weeks ago. I do not recommend, there are better RV parks nearby This is a real shame as this park really was a Gem but has fallen in to disrepair

Easy to get into, close to the beach. The restrooms and showers were clean but sorry to say for the price that I was disappointed with how run down things were...garbage area filthy, electrical box in disrepair. Quiet but don’t think I’ll return.
