Great location but tiny spots

This park has some elements that were fantastic which countered the drawbacks. The hosts were extremely helpful and the park is adjacent to Lincoln National park. I literally walked out of my door and up the road. The only drawback is site size. I'm in a 21.5' TT and drive an F150. There was barely any room left for camping space. I travel with 3 large dogs and space to chill at camp is necessary. For this trip, I was travelling alone but I will try to go back again with the wife and "kids".

Where Was The Management?

We booked our spot online. We arrived and were greeted by someone that said the office was closed and would check us in tomorrow. That was the last time we saw anyone affiliated with the property. 48 hours without one answered phone call or email. We were one of three families that had no idea what to do or how to pay for another day or the stay at all. We heard one group of campers waited to meet management but drove off after no one showed up. The property is maintained by someone but who is a mystery.

The perfect getaway

Our first trip in our new RV purchased in December. We stayed there for 3 days. With all that was going on with COVID-19 we did not even think about it. We fished about 1&1/2 miles away at Grindstone Lake. Was just what me and my Family needed. The manager passed by day and night making sure everyone was taken care of. We will head back hopefully sooner than later.
