Two Lakes Camping

Wooded sites spread across this established campground in Oxford, with some positioned directly on the water near a small beach area. Two Lakes Camping operates seasonally from May through October and accommodates RVs up to 64 feet with full hookups including electric, water, and sewer connections.

The campground features a mix of site types, from waterfront spots that provide direct lake access to elevated sites higher up in the wooded areas. Navigation requires some maneuvering regardless of entry point, as noted by returning visitors. A camp store, open field area, and basic amenities including showers and restrooms serve the property. Daniel S. notes that "Two lakes is great for families" and highlights the available amenities for group adventures.

The sandy beach area draws campers, though water levels can affect accessibility during certain periods. Site spacing varies throughout the property, with some offering more room than others. Clean facilities and pet-friendly policies accommodate families traveling with dogs, including access to a designated dog beach area. Management addresses issues promptly when they arise.

Campers exploring the broader region can find [campgrounds near Otisfield] for additional options. The location provides convenient access to town and surrounding areas while maintaining a wooded setting that works well for family camping trips.

Beautiful Park

Management is very nice and handles problems well. Love the dog beach. I wish they had a change machine in the laundry room.

Typical Campground

We had a few sites scattered over the campground for the weekend and had an overall...interesting time. We live relatively close and have been here a few times, each time has been mid.

Getting into your site with a camper requires maneuvering no matter how you come into the campground. We had a few sites higher up in the campground and had a tent site right on the water near the "boat ramp".

I try not to judge a campground based on the people around you because you literally cannot control that. The beach had flooded the weekend that we were there, leaving the only beach area available the spot...in our site. A HUGE group of people set up camp IN OUR SITE. It left a really bad imprint on the weekend and I won't be returning.

The campground itself is average, wooded sites with a camp store, field area, small beach and basic amenities.

Quaint place!

I went here once with my family. Sure cute beach area and loved that we could do ceramics. They had a wild west party and we got to dance and have a campfire in a huge field. It was cute!

Week at two lakes

We set up at two lakes campground for a week, very happy. 2 adults and 2 dogs with plenty of room at our campsite. Some sites look much tighter but our space was great! Nice sandy beach area and clean bathrooms! Close and convenient to town and surrounding areas

Decent camping but Frenchmans swimming hole down the road is where its at.

So we camped here for 1 night. It was big. Lots and lots of sites. We didn't really spend much time here. The woods in maine are really what its all about. We drove down to frenchmans swimming hole. It was a bit of a drive but it was worth every moment. We saw moose and other wild life. Its was fantastic.

Two lakes is great for families. Has the amenities needed for a fun family filled adventure...if thats what you want to call it.

Cheers!
