This isn’t really a campground. This has a couple maybe 2 to 3 spots with fire pits that I saw close to the parking lot. It is mainly a parking lot for people who want to hike up Mount Yonah. If you want to privacy and solitude, this is not the place if you wanna crash for a night, you got it. 
It's the parking lot of a trailhead, but it's quiet and there's a bathroom. The road is a little rough getting in, but any car or van should handle it. I guess be careful if it rained.
