Sites sit close together, with several reviewers noting limited privacy between neighbors. The pond serves as the main gathering spot, featuring a sandy beach area where dogs can swim alongside their owners. A splash pad next to the pool provides additional water play for younger campers.
Activities rotate throughout the week, from farmers markets to live bands performing lakeside. The on-site camp store stocks essentials and delivers firewood directly to sites. Staff organize bingo nights and themed weekend events, while the spa offers massage services for adults seeking relaxation. Basketball and horseshoe courts provide additional recreation options when the pond gets crowded.
Management has implemented policies requiring RVs on most sites, with tent-only camping restricted to a hillside section without electric or water hookups. This change has frustrated some long-time visitors who previously tent camped on full-hookup sites. Evan Z. notes the facility is "clean with plenty to do" but warns that "some of the non seasonal sites are very tight." The resort accepts reservations and welcomes pets throughout the grounds.
