Vacant land (3 acres) near McClure Pass in Colorado (near by towns include Somerset, Marble, Carbondale, and Aspen) with the muddy river running through it. Easy access to the property with great views and lots of wildlife. Plenty of space on the mostly flat property so pick where you wan to park. Bring your pets and enjoy the place. No hookups currently, but there is a sewer dump on the property along with a spring near by or a river to filter water from.
