We’re sitting on a dirt road with 30 AMP electric and water hookups. Views of the sunset over the mountains from the pad that is 22x45 next to a field. There is also a mowed section to use that is 21’x85’ for you to stretch out on. Picnic table, fire place (when not banned) for use as well. Easy back in space with loads of room to turn around. Horse back riding trails near by. Shelter, water and fenced space for horses provided at small additional cost per night. Inquire for more details.
