Operated by the US Army Corps of Engineers, this campground sits along Lake Ouachita's shoreline with both drive-in and boat-in access options. The handful of sites feature concrete picnic tables, grills, and fire pits positioned under heavy tree cover. Site #1 sits directly at the water's edge next to the boat ramp, where anglers frequently gather.
Recent flooding has occasionally limited site availability, though gravel roads remain in good condition for RVs and trailers. Pit toilets serve the area, but campers should pack out all trash as no dumpsters are provided. T-Mobile cell service reaches the campground. For additional lakeside options, campers can explore COE Lake Ouachita Avant to the south.
