Pleasant stay

Without a doubt, this park is designed for the active senior folks. There are a ton of activities to keep snowbirds busy. Folks we engaged with were mostly full timers and really enjoyed being there. Park staff was pleasant to deal with, although they requested too much personal info on the paperwork, especially for one night stay. Rv sites are groomed crushed granite with plenty of room.

A good place to camp in Phoenix

We camped for two nights at this resort which is primarily for mobile homes or seasonal campers. Nice facilities (pool, laundry, etc). No picnic tables at the sites though.

Age restricted resort RV park - no camping

"At least one person travelling and staying in any unit must be able to show proof of age 55 or older." This is not a traditional campground in any way- it is a beautiful, amenity filled and active adult activity park of a five star level. Minimum requirements for RV size and class are strictly adhered to.
