Twin Forks County Park and Campground

Waterside camping takes center stage at Twin Forks County Park and Campground, where multiple campsites sit directly on the water's edge. The county-operated facility in Bear Creek accommodates RVs with electric and water hookups, plus offers boat-in and walk-in access for those preferring alternative arrival methods. Standard amenities include restrooms with hot water, showers, and a dump station.

Reservations open just one day in advance and require card payment rather than cash. The campground operates year-round but closes November 1st each season, making timing essential for fall visits. Campers seeking additional options in the region can explore campgrounds around Bear Creek for backup plans during busy periods.

Lots of Waterfront Sites

This place has a lot of campsites right in the water. You can only reserve one day in advance. They do not accept cash. The bathrooms are clean and they do not have push button water it’s knobs and levers. Hot water worked when I was there. They close November 1st every year.
