No fires allowed
Lovely spot near the creek with plenty of trees but contrary to the listing here they don’t allow fires despite having a lovely fire pit area!!! Could do with another shower/ toilet block too. Good late check in setup though.
Winter 1 night stay
Camp ground is maintained, organized. Sites a little close to each other. Grounds were surrounded by nature and close by main Sedona street. Check in after hours were smooth.
Nice place for a quick Sedona teip
My wife and I stayed here 2 nights for a quick trip through Sedona. It was overall a good experience. It’s a little tight but the grounds are pretty and peaceful. Everything was well organized. While not private showers the bathrooms were very clean. My only real complaint is that the Wi-Fi signal was not strong in our section. Would definitely stay again.
Best RV park!
I love Sedona! This palace is great, I stayed another day. Close access to creek, nice spaces, nice laundry room, and so quiet! Wish they allowed fires and only 2 showers for whole park, but wasn’t a huge issue.
Picturesque RV Park
Nice park, located close to downtown Sedona near shops and restaurants. Long list of rules but makes for a quiet and relaxing experience. Convenient to near by attractions and hiking trails. Only real complaint was the restroom and showers close for 2-3 hrs daily in the afternoon and there is only one restroom.

Nice RV Park
Nice RV park in Sedona. Gravel spots for your rig with concrete pads for the picnic tables. Avoid sites 60 and 61. They are beautiful with shade from giant trees however the trees are full of Great Blue Herons and our rig was covered in poop the next morning.
Great spot, incredible sunrise
We pulled up late so couldn’t see much, the office staff had gone home but had left us with a map and easy to follow instructions of everything in the park. We woke up early the next day to find the park was probably less then half full and an incredible sunrise.

Tranquil days and nights
Absolutely love this place. Within 1hr of being there we decided it was going to be our anniversary camp spot. The spots that backup to the creek are amazing. We stayed in a spot closer to the bathroom/laundry the first time. Still amazing. Quiet cool common areas. Lots of shade. Walking distance to souvenir shopping. Trails. Photo ops. Quiet at night. All the hookups including cable.

Close to Sedona’s shopping Mecca, but feels remote
We will be staying here one week, so this is just our first impression. Lots of trees, the sites are narrow, but the there is a lot of room to line up correctly. Laundry worked well, and Sedona is amazing
Sedona
Quiet and well cared for campground. Clean bathroom and laundry. Good Verizon. Convenient location.
Great location, great creek access, great amenities!
The camp is located perfectly to get anywhere you want in Sedona within 30 minutes or less. It has a fantastic view, good amenities, a full and worthwhile creek, and is close enough to walk (1/2 miles or so) to some truly gorgeous hikes/trailheads. (The road to walk on is a bit dicey with no shoulder and is curvy.. but the homes are well worth it.)
We took full average of the bathrooms, laundry, and creek access. Amenities were excellent and very clean.
Good ATT & Verizon service but WiFi barely worked. We had full hookups and a picnic table at site. Sites were roomy enough with space from neighbors.
Laundry list of rules at this place, but never were an issue. The biggest was outdoor lights out and be inside by 10 pm.
The management took excellent care of sites, cleaning and manicuring consistently. Also, this is the first RV campsite I’ve found that recycles and has an outgoing mail service that brings me joy!
The location alone was stellar, but everything else on top were huge added benefits!

First Rate Campground, limited bathhouse facilities
Very clean and well kept campground in a great location. Level shaded sites, good WiFi. I read other reviews complaining of rules but I appreciate the quiet in the evening. On nit was the limited size of the bathhouse, there should be more showers and toilets for a campground this big
Fancy RV park!
This was definitely the fanciest RV park on our trip. And the most expensive. I think it was about $88/night. Compared to another campground close by that is a little less but we had double the space and trees and a creek behind us. They’re very busy and we were only able to get two nights. Even though it was a bit pricey for the size of the site, the place is maintained like Disney… maintenance driving around fixing things, Gardner’s trimming things, and the bathroom gets cleaned everyday and was always spotless. Showers were nice and ended up being close to our site. Most of the staff are friendly and nice, with an occasional slightly grumpy one. It was also very close to downtown which was nice! Not quite close enough we wanted to walk… but a quick drive. The sites were very pretty, nice gravel, and lots of happy birds singing. Overall very happy, just a tad pricey. But it’s just because of the proximity to Sedona.
Rancho Sedona RV park
The park is extremely neat, beautiful, and worth the price. Pick the spots near the creek for a soothing creek sound.
Great RV park
This is my first RV park stay and I was very happy to have hookups quiet neighbors and a safe place away from the rain. The entire park was clean and reasonably priced with decent facilities and within walking distance to the Sedona strip.
Nice place but expensive!
I guess if you have a $100 bucks a night to pay for a spot. It's good! All utilities, laundry etc. And the spit I was in backed to a creek. It would be awesome in the summer for cooling off! Note that I was in a 40'er and plenty of room. I don't believe your allowed any type of fire including propane rings.

No Outside Services
They are the only water & dump station that services all of the Sedona area. However, they will rudely turn you away and tell you to head to the next town over. We tried to pay to fill at one of the open hook ups, still a rude "nope".
Very nice
As others have said, there are a lot of rules, but that just made it nice and quiet which was great. It was very clean, there are quite a few hiking and biking trails and only 1/4 mile from Sedona shopping and dining. There's also the creek nearby which was nice to just sit and watch.

Rancho Sedona
Loved this RV park! Friendly staff and easy access to town. Very bicycle friendly city and had a blast exploring the town on my bike. There was a creek/river close by that provided a very relaxing environment.
Exceptional Campground
This campground is professionally run, beautifully laid out sites, although close together, concrete pads, landscaping. Bathrooms/showers immaculate. 5 minutes from Sedona, beautiful Oak Creek on property. Shade in every site.
Excellent location
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The sites are level and clean. We love the trees that cover the entire campground, there is really great shade. Being close to Oak Creek and downtown Sedona is awesome. We will be coming back!
Pretty Sedona spot with a creek
Walkable to town and lovely appointed gravel sites. Amazing creek access for wading or a little dip. 20 min walk to town. Great wifi and clean WC with nice shower water pressure. Busy but would return!
Close to Old Town Cottonwood and Jerome
Nice RV Park close to Cottonwood and Jerome and only 30 minutes away from Sedona. Quiet area and well kept that also has Park Model cabins available. Scenic River views and walks as well as views from the ECO lookouts on top of the hill above the RV park.

Nice place
This place is located right in the heart of Sedona, the bathrooms were clean, sites are shaded with lots of trees around. I gave it 4 stars because they are a little ridiculous with the quiet times, they don’t like you coming and going in vehicles after 10 pm, and all lights must be off too... but overall it’s a nice place.
Amazing!!
The amenities are fantastic. There are hot showers, clothes line, laundry, volleyball, tether ball, and horseshoes. Also available is Wi-Fi, DVDs, cable, board games, full hookups at each site, and not to mention the crazy beautiful views. You’re walking distance to everything Sedona has to offer in town and the RV park sits right on a nice creek you can hike along. The only downside is that the office staff doesn’t wear masks inside the tiny office. They could be friendlier, but the site is so beautiful it outweighs the cons.
Favorite camping of 2020
Rancho Sedona Rv Park is right on the creek. Incredible sycamore trees tower overhead and create shade and natural cooling. The park is impeccably maintained. Staff dust underneath and around picnic tables to clear cobwebs even. The cicadas will either win you over and mesmerize you or you will hate them. The park is also a natural habitat to crane who nest high in the sycamore. Easy walking to town is really enjoyable. The park offers an adult only section and is quiet dog friendly. Nice restrooms, showers and laundry are available. Spaces are gravel to park on and include a concrete picnic pad with table. Most have grass as well or grass nearby. Dog yard is well taken care of. We will be back next year at least twice!

Location,location, location.
Nice park right in Sedona, sits along oak creek canyon, you can walk to creek, it's very clear water and pretty. The campground has many rules, but nothing you cannot live with. It's very close to everything in Sedona, Sedona's beauty is amazing, you cant go wrong here. We stayed in site 57, in our opinion one of the best sites, we faced views towards the creek, and neighbors were across the road from us, most sites are fairly close, but a very quiet nice park. It's a little pricey, but it is in Sedona.

Beautiful park under huge maple trees
Near the center of Sedona. Park carries ice and has propane available for delivery once a week. Due to the layout of the park your assigned space is given to you BEFORE your arrival. This should not be a issue, except in our case. I received a voice mail that was transcribed as site 70. Upon arrival we went to site 70. Checked in. No issues. About a hour after sunset, a late arrival pulled outside site 70. They were told they were assigned site 70. We showed them our voice mail transcript that said we were in 70. I did however have the incoming phone number from the voice mail. About 20 minutes one of the park staff showed up. Demanded to know our name. Then wanted to see our “papers” long story, the VM was transcribed poorly. We should have gone to site 72. Bottom line, the attitude toward the park staff was enough to give this place a One Star. I can’t however downgrade this beautiful place because of the attitude of one horrible rude staff member. You have been warned.
Crazy clean beautiful!
One of the nicest places we’ve stay in Sedona and most friendly! I highly recommend!
The only RV resort we will stay at
Preferring to be remote camping at all times, Ranch Sedona is the exception. Clean, by the loveliest creek, kids can bike around and we can walk to most spots in town. The office staff can be rather grumpy but the guests always wonderful.
