The 24 sites in this attractive campground alternate between wooded and open areas, all with access to a table, fire ring, trash pick up, and vault toilet. Dogs must be leashed in the campground. The campground is wooded with Douglas and Subalpine fir and Engleman spruce. The wooded areas alternate with open areas where Nash Fork Creek meanders through the campground. The campground is convenient to the Snowy Range Scenic Byway (State 130). There are 102 recreational lakes in this area, with an extensive network of trails linking them including Brooklyn Lake, which is located 3 miles north of campground.

Reservation Info

This campground was decomissioned for 10 years due to us having to clear cut the are because of pine beetle infestation. With a partnership with Common Outdoor Ground, a volunteer group and Forest Service employees were able to clean up the campground and get it in working order. There are 27 sites, all with access to a picnic table, fire ring, metal barbeque grill, and vault toilets. No trash service or potable water. Dogs must be leashed in the campground. The road through the campground is still very soft, and many of the sites aren't accessibile for trailers. Please use caution. The campground still doesn't have many trees, but it is just as beautiful as before. The Nash Fork Creek meanders through the campground. The campground is convenient to the Snowy Range Scenic Byway (State 130). There are 102 recreational lakes in this area, with an extensive network of trails linking them including Brooklyn Lake, which is located 3 miles north of campground. Directions

From Laramie, travel west 25 miles to Centennial on WY 130; Nash Fork is west 7.8 miles from Centennial to Brooklyn Lake Rd/ Forest Route 317. Turn right onto FR 317 and go 0.1 miles then turn left into campground.
