Peaceful, friendly, comfortable

We stayed 3 nights in a quiet site that backed to a farm field with cows. Nice and spacious sites, really a nice family-friendly and dog-friendly campground with nice scattered tree cover and landscaping. I could tell families come back to this one for getaways. Laundry and camp store with nice supplies. Great friendly staff. Would for sure stay here again en route to Olympic National Park.

Loud

Weather was great. Most trailer spots are gravel and not level. Quite dusty. Staff is very friendly. Cute store. Pool is frigid. The noise from the highway is unbearable even in our travel trailer which we usually don’t hear any noise. I honestly don’t think we will come back due to the noise.

Excellent Staff and Amenities

Reserved a tent spot day of with water and electricity for car camping. Staff was super nice and helpful and gave area recommendations. Bathrooms and showers were superbly clean.

Nice site, great amenities

Site was well-maintained, nice central bathroom, shower, laundry facilities, staff was super friendly. Road noise from Hwy 101 running next to park was significant though - earplugs advised.

Clean and close to Olympic NP

Great KOA close to Olympic NP. Very clean bathrooms, awesome playground, and close to town amenities. Like most KOA campgrounds privacy is not the main goal, so expect there to be a lot of side by side camping in a wide open space.

Family friendly

Not the most private spaces, but the other campers were all quiet and relaxing so it was peaceful. You can hear the highway, perhaps it would bother me in a tent but was fine in a trailer. The pedal cars and other amenities are great for kids, you could get some relaxing time while the kids are entertained. Great location for Port Angeles and this area of the Olympic National Park.

Solid RV park w beautiful backdrop

Clean bathrooms, shower had good water pressure. Good sized grassy patches between most sites and some pretty, old trees. Mountain scenery in the background is beautiful. Only complaint is the water pressure for the RV hookup seemed low. There also is very little privacy.

Good, affordable KOA. Friendly and clean.

The folks who work here are as warm as can be. The WiFi is decent but Verizon cell service is great. It's not as wooded as one would like, but, hey this is Port Angeles. You're just a few miles from otherworldly rainforest galore. Super kid friendly with a pool and playground and bike rentals. Good laundry facilities and clean bathrooms. I stayed here a few times to rest up and get work done inbetween jaunts into the forest and it served me well.

Friendly and functional

Convenient facility for exploring north coast and north Olympic Park areas. Excellent store, game room with ping-pong and pool table; good laundry. Pool was OK but hot tub out of commission. 😔

Two thumbs up!

Our second time taking the new RV out and this was a great place to take it! Friendly staff, fun game room, nice grounds to roam around on. The kids had a great time!

Very Nice campground

This is a very nice koa campground. There is a rec room and pool. Kids can ride these tractor looking tryks all over the place. Site has water, electric and cable hookups. Our site (#116) is in the shade and pretty private. An extra feature they offer is the pump out of your black and gray water tanks. The man who does this is the nicest guy and he did an amazing job. With the Olympic peninsula as a view, you can’t beat this place.
