12 Photos » Campsites with Water (New Garner) People per Site: 8 Number of Sites: 75 These water-only sites are in the Persimmon Hill and Rio Frio (sites #434-473) camping areas. Site lengths vary. Pop-ups, trailers, and motor homes 20 feet or less are allowed in this area. Generators cannot run during quiet hours from 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. The Persimmon Hill Camping Area is closed January through February.
