Was refused a site based on my vehicle

I called to make a reservation as I was driving through. Informed her that I had a F-350 with the camper shell on the back which I've used to Camp cross country. Was informed that they didn't do car camping and that I would have to have a RV or I was not welcome. Could have done without the elitist attitude not all of us get to travel in an RV.

Treated like a guest at someone’s house

We found ourselves unexpectedly needing a new spot for the night and traveled on from Arkansas. Once we got to Memphis and saw just an hour and a half further we could stay here instead, we kept motivated. It was worth the extra time on the road, the owner was so sweet when we called late needing a spot. This RV park is treated like someone’s home and it has great hosts. They made us feel welcome. We were comfortable and safe, the facilities were all the nicest we have seen to date, clean and well taken care of. Would stay here again. Easy to get to off the road.

Rv campground

We needed a stop over. Very accommodating since it’s Labor Day weekend. Electric, water, dump station. Clean. Lots of rvs. So far quiet. The showers and bath are very clean. Hot water and no time limit! Some road noise but not like being right on interstate.

Nice place

This is a nice place with a small pool and a catch and release pond. Laundry area and showers. Propane and fire wood available. Friendly staff. 10/10

New Owners

My family and I stayed at Parkers Crossroads overnight, just passing through until we got to our final destination. I was pleasantly surprised. The owners are new and were just on the job for their second day when we arrived. They were very hospitable! We arrived there later than expected. I called them, and they came to the office to escort us to our spot. The gentleman there even helped my husband get the electricity and water set up while his wife went over all the paperwork with me. The next day, we were really able to see the grounds. The property is beautiful! They have a pool , which h was closed for the season, and we loved the pond area. The only reason why it is not a 5 star is because 1) we didn't check out the restroom facilities, and 2) we wished they had a nicer playground area for the kids. I will say that the paperwork they shared with us shows plans to incorporate a new playground. So maybe there will be a nicer one when we come back. Best wishes to the new owners!
