Enjoyed staying here
We chose this for our first trip in 2021. It’s a big grassy area and has full hookups. Nice little store. It is a great place for kids. They have several playgrounds for kids! It’s a bit out there and is 20 or so miles off I77 and the Columbia, SC area. I would say it’s average. I might go back.
Great Place to stay!
We stayed here for 3 weeks in December. We have a triple axl toy hauler and had more than enough space. The sites in the back, where we were, back up to a field with ponds and a trail. Nice sized and shady. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Very laid back. Could nit pick a few things but my rule of thumb on reviews is to not mention things that don't affect the outcome of our stay. Happy campers! Will be back.
Youth approved!
We have stayed many times and have no complaints. Though they are no longer considered a “JellystonePark,” they are certainly able to provide enough activity to keep the youth engaged.
Fun times!
Our family loves this campground! Lot for the kids to do! Had activities planned throughout our time there. Not much shade and camper had a hard time cooling but overall a wonderful experience. We will be back!
nice place
Nice, clean campsites. The bath house was very nice and kept up well. Plenty to do for people of all ages.
weekend trip
very family oriented campground! always something to do with an activity list full of different things. pool was very nice and never over crowded. will be going here again!!!
Meh...
The tent area with electric and water hookup of this campground has no privacy. Our first time at a private campground. We prefer state parks. The kids did enjoy the dome they got to jump on at various times of the day. The playground is great! The hike was pretty uneventful. They have a pool although we did not swim when we went, much too cold in November. The staff is great. Bathrooms were clean. This place is great just depends on what type of camping you enjoy.
