Awesome beach access and great views
Amazing beach view from all beach view spots and a nice little shop for supplies. When we were there we saw whales feeding right off the shore and some sea lions as well. This beach is located near some of the best beach towns on the oregon coast. One downside is that there are no businesses you can get to by walking so you will need a car towed behind your rig or be ready to stay put during your stay. The staff was fantastic and the place is clean. My biggest gripe would be my spot on 87. The view was awesome but backing in was a pain due to the uneven surface. My 32 ft bounder was rocking like crazy. All in all a minor complaint. This is a must stay.

——REASONS I STAYED HERE——
I needed a campground that was between Newport and Garibaldi (where I had campgrounds). I made reservations for this portion of my road trip a month in advance, so campground options were limited. Plus, I don't normally stay at RV parks unless they are a last option because of the expected higher price.
—————BASIC FAQ—————
[Rig. Mercedes Sprinter. 22 feet]
Dump station? - Yes
Water fill or hookup? - Both
Electricity? - Yes
Clean site? - Yes
Clean bathroom? - Yes
Flush toilet? - Yes
Showers? - Yes
Laundry? - Yes
Dish washing sink? - not that I saw
—————PROS—————
→ The laundry facilities were great. I specifically chose site 64 to be across from it.
→ The front-desk lady was nice. She let me know that sites in oceanfront were available in case I wanted to upgrade. (This was early May.) I declined since I wasn't really there for the ocean.
→ I can see why people love this RV park. It feels safe. It's clean and well-manicured. I see complaints about all the rules but I'm sure they exist for a reason. The rules really aren't that bad. But be aware! For sewer hookups, you must have a screw down sewage connection! We only have one of those rubber sewer ends that squishes itself into openings but the connection was secure.
→ The RV park property is beachfront. The actual beachfront sites have one heck of a view. Even if you don't have a beachfront site, you can walk down there and sit on the bench and enjoy the view.
—————CONS—————
→ A quasi-con was that you have to pay quarters to operate the shower in the upper section. The showers down by the ocean were free. I didn't use either shower, though, as I used the shower in my van because I had sewer hookup.
—————OVERALL—————
5-stars - It’s a safe, inviting and well-manicured. It has all the amenities you can need and the property is well situated.

Ocean front !
We got in late Friday night. Wish we could have spent all day here. The view is top notch!
It's a secret! Don't tell anyone
This is the best place to stay on the Oregon Coast. Beautiful park with different type sites. There are forsted sites with fire rings , very cozy, and also sites on terraced sights looking over the ocean with beautiful views and an occasionally you can see a whale go by. On the downside you have to reserve your site a year in advance. Beautiful place to stay.
Just beautiful
Perfect place to get away from city live… and enjoy the view of beautiful ocean
Great spot right on the beach
Sea and sand is a quiet rv park right off the 101. Very friendly staff and beautiful grounds. Very accommodating. We will be back in the summer. Unfortunately, the rain only let up for 6 hours all weekend but lead to more quality time hunkered down.
One of our favorites
Place we keep going back to. Highly recommend.

Had a nice time at this park on a stormy winter weekend. Very clean bathrooms and showers. Spots are a little tight but you're literally at the oceans edge.
This RV park is a wonderful place to say at!
March 2021. This park is right off HWY101. Upon entry is a very nice view of the center of the park and a few speed bumps you have to really slow down for. Upon check in at the office 2 very nice lady’s where working where one greeted me and checked me in and gave me a bag of salt water taffy as a newcomer to the park along with papers of the park rules and TV cable channel listings and more. We had made previous reservations but the first 3 days we could not make it to the park, so the lady asked if we would like to start our weeks stay that day…“sure I said”. That was very unexpected and gracious of them! The area we stayed in was in the tree area and park rules said you could have wood camp fires. After we backed into of space#67 that was very easy because of the road in front of our space to the left. The site was gravel and almost level but sort of small in width and length but enough for our 21’ trailer and pickup. There was a 5” high concrete fire ring and a picnic table to the right of our space but that was all the room we had and no shrubs’ or anything between sites. It also had water and cable TV hook up along with a sewer that required a screw on sewer connection that in some sites were 25 plus feet from the rear of the site. The sites next to each side of us were very close about 3 feet apart. There were two parking areas for extra rigs. One was it the upper tree area and the other was just above the ocean site area as most of the sites in this area were only large enough for the RV and the toad or pull vehicle where as in the upper tree area there were many pull thru sites large enough for both rigs. The park was very-very clean and well kept. The both bathrooms were spotless and the upper bathroom had 3 showers with plastic curtains for.50 cents for 5 minutes time with really nice hot water. The lower bathroom toward the ocean was newer and the wife said the showers there had doors for privacy and were a lot nicer inside. The upper park area had a laundry room attached to the bathroom. To wash was$1.50 and to dry was.50 for 5 minutes time and had a large folding area. All the outside staff were very friendly and caring about their jobs. There was a path about half way down the park on the left side that went to the beach area access which we took and walked on the beach during low tide, but during high tide there is no beach access. The lower ocean site area has 3 levels that over looked the ocean. Very nice and more costly. At the 3rd lowest ocean site area there was a set of stairs that also went down to the beach area access. Park rules say the upper ocean site area could not have any wood fires and could only use propane fires with the exception of on the beach. The 4 rating was because of the closeness of the camp sites and the$26 nightly cost is because of camping off season. This RV park is a wonderful place to say at! We camped at Sea and Sand RV Park in a Travel Trailer

Amazing as always! It would be a 5 but the wifi is not good.
Great location, just ok campground
The beach here is beautiful, and it’s lovely to just walk from the campsite and spend the day on the beach. The sites are all small and close together, there’s hardly any room to spread out at all, and we only have a short little 21’ trailer. Nice to have full hookups, though. Our site (one of the forest sites) was right by the campground road and it was hard to wrangle our kids at the tiny spot. The staff are a little rough around the edges. But seriously- A+ for the beach access!
Nice enough, not our forever site
We enjoyed ourselves well enough at this location. It was pleasant finding a campground that didn't require you to cross the highway to get to the beach- we have small kids and you can see the problem there. The Forest area IS right next to the road though so you CAN hear traffic driving by, but it wasn't a deal breaker (for double the cost, you could have a beach site and be spared the noise if it really bothers you).
The lady at the front was a bit gruff, but did give us a bag of salty water taffy for our first stay there.
Overall, it did the job by giving us a place to stay so that we could be on the move for most of the day- but not much ability to play out and around our 5th wheel during downtime.
Pro:
-clean sites
-electrical and water
-no crossing the highway to get to the beach
-pretty trail to get to beach
-ocean area bathrooms are nice
-very close to stores and Lincoln City
-washers and dryers available
Con:
-"forest" bathroom requires payment for showers
-sites are VERY close to each other with awkward place of fire pits (forest area)
-front desk staff...little rough around the edges.
-Pitbull dog ban. What year are we living in? (we don't own one currently, but this is a dated practice)
An amazing place to stay.
Quiet, clean, great beach just a short walk, nice front staff.

Nice place, friendly staff
Very nice clean spot right off the 101 and has nice beach access.
Great spot on the Oregon coast.
Some of the spots are a little tight, but overall this is a great spot. Bathrooms kept very clean. Friendly staff. Great beach.....
Best Oceanside RV Camping Ever!
Seriously, just look at pictures. The Oceanside sites are all amazing. The place is clean, close to everything and we'll equipped.
Fantastic beach side camping
Great spot to relax and enjoy an ocean view. Restrooms nice and clean. Wireless and cell phone reception was ok.
Great location
This is our go to camp ground when we go to the coast.
gorgeous ocean spot just south of Lincoln City - Oregon coast
this is a camper/RV place...they don’t allow tent camping (just a heads up). there are several spots on two banks that are directly ocean front. completely unobstructed view. many other sites with partial views and some forest spots. cleanest bathrooms I’ve even seen at a campground. office staff was warm and welcoming and has a list for us to pick up some fresh crab (one was even a fisherman off his boat in Depoe Bay). Reservations can be made 12 months in advance online. not sure if I would bring the kids here as I didn’t see many. mostly super friendly folks in their RV or camper...eager to swap stories and insights. highly recommend!
Front Row Pacific Ocean!
The website contains a fabulous video that led us to this RV park. The entrance to the oceanfront terraced sites will take your breathe away! Wooded sites are also available. The ladies at the office and camp store were very friendly and gave a us a bag of saltwater taffy upon arrival because we were new guests!
