3x the price
Arrived after hours and took a site. Shocked to be presented with a bill for $136/night.
The park was quite nice with lots of shade, no bugs and rich, well behaved neighbors. Freezing cold shower rooms in August.
Nice RV Park But Way Too Pricy For What You Get
First let us say that this is a very nice RV Park. However, and a BIG however, is that there is no justification for the $117 per night price tag for a paved, full hook up site. This park is now owned by Sun Outdoors and all they have done is spruce it up cosmetically and double the price per night. During our stay in September, the hot tub was not working and the laundry room was closed so essentially 2 of the reasons we came there for, were not available. The rub comes in when we asked about it, they basically blew us off and would not consider a rate reduction. This park is another example of corporate greed gone wrong. Great location. Nice sites. Totally not worth it. Stay 15 minutes south of town and save a ton.

Clean and safe
We decided to stay couple extra days. They moved mountains to make it happen. Super friendly staff. Nice and quiet. Our second visit
Nice but expensive
I can see how this resort could charge these prices at one time, but not now. The current resort is a little run down. The grass is weedy and has bare spots. The bathrooms are clean but have seen a lot of use. The showers, especially the men’s, have seen better days. I’m not saying the resort is horrible, but it is hard to reconcile how much you pay with the current state.
A good example is he storage they provide at each site and want you to use. Every one of them I looked at had broken, hanging doors. Again, not a huge deal, but at this price it’s not what you would expect.
Pros:
- quiet for a city park
- level spots
- large spaces
- a great launching point for adventures in Bend
Okay:
- bathrooms can be a hike for those without in their trailer
Cons:
- expensive
- tables at the site are teeny with only two chairs
- a lot of rules
In Bend
It is clean and nice. Very quiet. Remember to ask for alternative pricing cause gold spots are 70 a night.
Almost what you would expect for the price
Camp ground was nice large spots with grass. Clean bathrooms and showers. However the trash can on the site was overflowing and the pine needles were thick.
Spacious RV Park
Getting here is a challenge but follow the camps directions, NOT Apple or Google (low bridge) but once here - it’s worth it. Spacious shaded paved sites, lots of amenities including a free coffee bar. It’s a bit pricey but worth every penny if you dislike the cramped KOAs and stereotypical campsites. Wonderful location.
Well kept property.
Nicely maintained property, Clean restrooms. Nothing to write home about though.
Great place
Very beautiful RV resort. You get what you pay for!
Pay More or Get Weeds
We felt very confident when we selected the bronze area in Crown Villa Bend RV Resort because we've stayed in Sun RV Resorts in California before and they were well maintained. Unfortunately, Crown Villa bronze category was extremely disappointing. Now if you paid extra for platinum or gold, the spaces were absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. However, the bronze and copper were ridiculously neglected. Never have I stayed in an RV "Resort" with foot high weeds. Site 705 (and the site across from it) also are literally at the end of the road with no turn around space to park. Luckily the vehicles were gone at the sites across and next to us or we wouldn't have been able to maneuver around our rig to park.

Beautiful forest setting, but expensive and not too unique
This is a very peaceful campsite, with tall ponderosa pines everywhere. There are some nice amenities as well and you arent too far from town, but definitely not walking distance or really biking distance for that matter. It is also quite expensive, but maybe expected from a luxury RV park.
RV Resort close to town
$45 for full hookups and coin operated laundry. Short drive or bike ride into the excellent town of Bend, OR. Don’t miss Smith Rock State Park on your way out of town for excellent hiking and rock climbing.
Impressively groomed with spacious sites
It would be a 5-star rating if it were situated in a pristine natural forest. Alas, it’s surrounded by suburbia, which is not awful but certainly not awe-inspiring either. But it served our needs as we needed to stop in Bend for two nights on our way up to Washington. This is an immaculately maintained RV campground with extraordinarily LARGE FLAT sites built with pavers (!), as long as you book a site at the ‘Gold’ level and above (which is simply level 2 of 4 levels). We had Site 408. There are also a lot of other amenities including a jacuzzi, breakfast area, laundry facilities, and manicured grass between the sites (dog lover’s heaven). Some of these amenities were not open due to Covid.
Very Clean and nice
Pricey but nice. Every accommodation you can think of, close to town, amazing “campsites” and quiet. We truly enjoyed our stay.
