About

Founded in 1610, La Villa Real de la Santa Fe de San Francisco de Asís is the oldest capital city in the United States. Most people simply know it Santa Fe, New Mexico. Resting at an elevation of 7,200 feet, in a wide valley between two mountain ranges, Santa Fe is known as “The City Different” for its unique culture and historical atmosphere. The biggest draw to Santa Fe is its historic downtown area, where much of its original architecture and character has been preserved. Visitors are invited to dine at sidewalk cafes, roam arts and crafts galleries, and shop in local boutiques. There’s also plenty to explore just outside of the city, including hiking and skiing in the Santa Fe Mountains, ancient pueblos at Pecos National Historic Park, and the former ghost town Madrid, and its variety of eclectic shops, galleries and eateries.

Located just a few miles southwest of the historic downtown area, the Los Sueños de Santa Fe RV Park & Campground offers nearly 100 drive-in and pull-through RV campsites. Sites can accommodate vehicles/trailers up to 70 feet, and provide full or partial hookups. A selection of campsites are available for small vehicles and tent campers. Resort amenities include restrooms, shower and laundry facilities, picnic pavilion, barbecue area, playground, swimming pool, and free Wifi service; a dump station is available onsite. Restaurants, groceries and a movie theater are within just a few minutes’ walking distance, and visitors can use the Santa Fe trail system to walk or ride all the way to the historic downtown area. Pets are welcome, with restrictions. Campsite rates are $36–$54/night.

City RV park

Ok if you need to stay close to Santa Fe. Correct place. A little bit price for an overnight stay.

Decent rv park, great location

Located right off a main thoroughfare, close to a lot of fun Santa Fe stuff (including Meow Wolf). Nothing too special, showers were ok (wish they had curtains). Lots of long- or full-timers. Quiet for an rv park in the middle of town. New Mexican restaurant across the street, El Comal, is delicious. Decently priced. Wi-Fi only sorta works.

Hard to find but good

Perhaps their roadside sign had recently blown down? It was hard to see, but a fine stay.

Clean & Friendly

The sites are reasonably level. Easy hook-ups. Verizon 5G service was okay but was enough for me to work remotely. Check in is super easy. The park is clean but a little overgrown in spots. If you're looking for a perfectly manicured RV park, this is not your stop. If you're good with a spot that has super friendly staff and is a little quirky, you'll enjoy your stay.

Close to Santa Fe

We stayed in the campground in February. We have a van and parked in the dry camping area, which is a small section next to the playground and pavilion. Since it was cold, we didn’t do much at the campground. Staff were friendly. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Laundry was available. My only complaint is that the bath house is a little far from the dry camping area. Though that was probably more noticeable in the cold than it would be in the summer.

It was an OK place to stay in order to have easy access to Santa Fe.

OK spot

It’s a good spot to stop for a night or two if you’re en route to another location. It’s sandwiched in between a hotel and some residential area.

Good for location

Not a park where I’d want to pop out the awning and stay a while. Functional and clean bathrooms. We couldn’t access the WiFi but phone hot spot worked.

Did the trick!

Full hookup. Big gravel lots and lots of them. Great location close to downtown Santa Fe and stores for loading up. It was quiet too.

Not very pretty. Not much of an office. No amenities really. WiFi was not very great either.

Nice location

The best part of this campground was the location! Close to downtown Santa Fe. The staff & guests did wear masks & social distanced. We were traveling with an RV and a suv/tent set up, & appreciated that we could get the largest pull through RV spot ($64) and bunker down together. The grounds and restrooms could use a little TLC to take it to the next level. Pup friendly, too!

Small park with no amenities

Los Suenos rv Park is located in the hustle and bustle of Santa Fe. If you're not sure you will drive right by and not even see it. If you do manage to find it nice little park with full hookups laundry and shower facilities but that's it. All cell carriers seem to work just fine here.

Convenient location

This was a great location to explore the city and the staff was really nice.  The bathrooms are clean and the laundry facility is nice as well.  However, there really isn't anything super special about the park.  The sites are pretty close together, but this is to be expected if you want to stay close to a city.  If we were passing through we would definitely consider this park again for the convenience.  However, if you don't have errands or things you want to do in town I'm sure you could find more scenic spots outside of town.  Also, this isn't far from Meow Wolf - a super interesting experience!!
