The 2 Bar Lazy H is 5 minutes west of Butte on Interstate 90/15. Leave the Interstate at Exit 122 and go to the north side of the Highway. Take a left on W. Browns Gulch Road. Go another mile, or so—you can't miss us.on Frontage Rd.

Fair sized sites.

The campground as well laid out plenty of room to drive around with big rigs. Each site has a picnic bench. The staff was friendly. We were planning on staying for just one night and ended up staying for two. The campground is located just off of the highway so there is some noise. That’s the only thing that stopped it from getting a five star review.

Accessible?

They made an attempt to make the bathrooms handicap accessible in both the men’s and women’s. A single shower stall with two grab bars and a flip down bench with a low step shower can be used but not easily by somebody in a wheelchair. They did a good job with the hand wand and it’s accessibility. The handicap ramp left a lot to be desired.

Nothing special but reliable

Easy access from interstate and Rv friendly fuel stations. Located on a hill with well maintained gravel roads and pull throughs 30/50 Amp and full hookups. Wifi fast but weak, no laundry (yet), no cable and the OTA TV is crappie. Open skies for satellite TV, 2 miles from downtown. We didn't use the bathrooms or showers but they are available. Lots of spaces designated for tent campers.

Level camp sites

This campground is adequate and has easy access from I90. It is located west of Butte, Montana. There are restrooms, showers and a laundry room. The restrooms could have been cleaner. However the camp sites are nearly level and the owners are friendly and helpful.

Just off the hwy

So it very basic , trees are almost none existent. Due to Covid the bathrooms are locked so if you don’t bring your own bathroom not sure what you do cause you definitely can’t pee behind a tree. We just needed a spot to sleep for the night so it worked.

Roadside Campground near Butte

Parked our van in a tent site, which was just a grassy area in the back half of the property. Road noise was not bad there, further from the highway. The host was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a warm shower.

Glad it’s on the map

This campground is great for the quick overnight since it is right off the highway, so the activity is constant. I am giving 2 Bars 4 stars because the hosts are helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are hot, not to mention they have a laundry room which is helpful.

Middle of the road

Good amenities for a full time RVer, probably a little lean for someone looking for a resort feel. $35 a day for electric, $36 for water, $37 for full hookups.

Laundry and showers available, but I did not use. Manager is on site, and while it’s not a looker, it’s kept nice. Nice view to the west for sunsets, very easy access to I-10. A good stopover if you need a day’s rest with hookups, it was never full while I was there.
