Decent stop over
This is a decent stop over during travel. The site was wide and level and had mature trees. The park itself isn't far from the interstate, which makes it fantastic for an easy off and on, but also comes with some road noise. There is also a truck stop at the end of the road for convenient fill up.
One building Fow showers and one trash receptacle for entire campground.
Showers very nice. Could use more trash bins and more than one shower house.
Nice
KOA campgrounds are a quick stopover for us, never a destination. This location has it all. Cabins, tent sites. Great RV http://essaypapers.reviews/ sites, even a yurt! Some highway noise. Clean, great kid play area(with ping pong) and a nice playground. New furniture provided and built in fire pits.
Good for an overnight road trip stop
Just off the interstate, so some road noise in exchange for the convenience. Friendly hosts, level sites. Nice small swimming pool and fishing pond. Was easy to order their pizza, made there and delivered to our site, as we arrived too late to cook. Stopped here traveling west, and again traveling east.

Out dated!
Right by the high way, loud old cottonwood trees everywhere!

Always reliable, KOA campground.

Clean, fun, beware mosquitos!
Had a great stay! Very family friendly! Mosquitos were Jurassic, bring spray!
Right off the highway so pretty noisy
Nice place well stocked store. Close to gas and food but nothing really stands out except for the highway noise.
Nice little Gem
Very nice campground. Each RV site is equipped with a fire pit, gas grill, table, chairs and umbrella. Campground is very clean and quiet. They serve an amazing weekend breakfast at a very low price. Whether you are here overnight or for a few days, you will not be disappointed.
Beautiful campground with nice amenities
We stayed in this campground for a overnight stop on a car-camping road trip to CO. Our expectations were exceeded during our stay here by the beautiful scenery, the variety of birds to be seen from our camp site, the clean bathrooms, and friendly hosts. We reserved our spot easily over the phone and were able to arrive after dark.

Good kid amenities
Convenient location along I-70 meant lots of highway noise. My kids loved the ping pong, basketball, inflatable jump pad, old metal playground and outdoor pool. Mosquitos were bad at dusk and dawn. Sites were tight and the standard site we had didn't include a fire ring. Restrooms were clean but not private. Pool needed to be cleaned from all the cottonwood. Had a pizza delivered to the site, which was fun.
Campground with Lots of Camping Opportunities
After having camped every night for the past several nights in cold weather, we decided to stay in a KOA Kamping Kabin this time. While we were in Colorado, it had gotten below freezing and it had snowed. It was time for a break. This campground should be rated on a scale of 1-10. I would give it a 9, but I gave it 4 stars because of two things. The road noise was constant since we were next to an Interstate highway. Also, if we had been tent camping, there would have been too much gravel. The playground was mostly dirt. For some people that would be a bad thing--for others, not so much. I only state readers would get as many details as possible. The tent sites are a little close together, as well as the RV sites, but that is to be expected. Other than the things I previously stated, this campground is large and has lots of activities. There are several things for children and young adults to do—gem mining, basketball, table tennis, fishing, volleyball, a jump pad, horseshoes, etc. The cabin we stayed in had plenty of space for outdoor relaxing. Although our cabin had a bath room, I was able to check out the bath house. It was modern, up to date, and well decorated(as you can see in the photos). This campground probably gets more visitors passing through than people looking to come here as a destination, but Salina does have its share of things to do. By the way, if you’re looking for good Chinese food, you need to check out Great Wall in Salina. It is takeout only, but it is well worth taking it back to the campground. If you don’t like Chinese, there are plenty of other options. Overall, I think this is a great campground and I do recommend it(except for the road noise).

Really nice overnight
We had a really nice overnight stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Restrooms are modern and clean. Nice playground and activities for kids. Would definitely stay again.
Nice spot to stop
Camping area seems well maintained. The owners are friendly enough. Has playground, pool and laundry facility
Right of interstate
Huge place with lots of permanent campers. Felt safe and comfortable. Site facilities were in good shape. Late arrival instructions very thorough.
Good for a Night Pit Stop
A fairly large, clean RV park with full hookups, and amenities to include a laundry facility, bathrooms, playground, and dog runs. They do ask you to only hook up to water when in use so we just disconnected at bedtime. It's located right off the interstate and the traffic is easily heard so I wouldn't recommend if your sensitive to noise. Check out is a bit early, at 11am. Our only main complaint was our neighbors, we were parked near some full timers with little yapping dogs they left outside to go off anytime a leaf blew all night long. With how attended the park is I would have expected quite time to be enforced.
Great overnight stop
We arrived late while driving from CO to AR. The sites are large enough that we didn’t need to unhook. It’s close to a gas station to fill up before hitting the road again in the morning. Being right on I-70 was great for a quick stop over. Being that close to I-70 brought some noise that was easily drown out with our AC.
Great campground
Nice facilities, great place for kids.
Very Nice But Noisy
This is a nice campground with pull-through spots, playground, nice washroom/showers. Some spots even have concrete patios with fire pits and grills. A few tiny cabins and a “glamping” tent. The only negative is that the sites are very close together and it is right off I-70 which is very noisy all night long.
Wonderful Facilities
Very nice laundry room and bathroom facilities! Standard tent camping site. Nice staff - check out the postcards in the office!
Sleepy Little Town
This might be the metropolis of this area but when the Walmart in town closes at midnight you know it is a sleepy little town. With that said it was nice to find this site to lay my head in the sleepy town.
The sites were level and pretty typical of a KOA. The staff was very nice and accommodating and walked me over to my tent site when I arrived. Very nice touch!
The bathrooms here were warm on a cold night and very clean. You could tell they take care of this facility very well. I had missed the pool season but with the cool air I didn't mind missing the cold water I was just wanting to stay warm.
For a basic site which included a fire ring and picnic table it was $24 that included access to wifi.
The only negative to getting a primitive site was that it was pretty windy and there wasn't really any wind block, I could have sprung for an upgraded site had I have realized there was going to be so much wind but that is my fault not theirs.
Normal KOA Campground. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean bathrooms.
Clean facility. Spaces for all types from tents to motor homes. Level shaded spaces. All pull through. Food available on site or stores within minutes. Swimming pool in season.
Fantastic
We loved this place. Pool, playground, jumping pad, horse shoes, roomy tent sites, gem mining, friendly staff, great price. My sister did hurt herself on the slide... but we are adults so maybe it’s our fault. YOLO. She’ll be fine. We had a ton of fun. This was a nice stop on our way. They also had bikes and a train for the kids.
Nice campground with lots of family-friendly amenities
Nice location for a one-night stopover. Kids enjoyed the basketball court, playground, and swimming pool. Clean bathroom/showers.

kids love it
very nice, clean bathrooms, along with a clean pool, playground, basketball court, and jump pad. only drawback was interstate noise which was significant in a pop up. well stocked store on site.
