Campground Well Done
This review is written from a short stay versus a destination campground(CG) perspective. The CG was easy to find, and we followed the instructions in the arrival email to park in front of the office and stay in the vehicle, and somebody would come to us. We did that, and Shelley came out and asked our name, got our package, and escorted us to FHU site 36. We got the normal check-in information at the site versus in the office, which was a nice twist. The site was plenty long enough for our 40’ fifth wheel and F450. The utilities were in the middle of the pad, plus they had two sewer connections, which was nice for us as we have two sewer connections. As advertised, the water pressure was 60+ psi, so we used our reducer. There are trees here, but we were able to use our Starlink. The WiFi was okay, and we got four bars on Verizon. They have two nice fenced dog parks and two laundry facilities. This is one of the better short-stay CGs we have stayed in. This could easily be a destination CG and if we were to rate it as a destination, we would give it the same score. We just didn't see the area as being a destination, in our humble opinion.

Looks nice
They don’t allow car camping at this facility, but made a sweet recommendation for the state park in a neighboring town.
Very nice RV Resort
Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful greenery and we enjoyed the level concrete pads!
Great Park
Very friendly and helpful staff. Will come back again.
Nice resort
Stayed here for 3 days friendly staff clean park we would stay here again.
Most beautiful Park I have seen
When bringing my rig home I stayed here overnight. Beautiful spot, pull thrus are easy to get in and out of. They guided me to the site and helped me park as I was alone on this trip.
Every site has beautiful shade trees, and plenty of space between sites. I even had my own pear tree!
Checking in and out was so easy, communication was great and wifi was good. Facility looked very clean.

Safe, clean, easy!
This RV park is a little close to the highway, but was actually very quiet and is close to plenty of recreation. It was super clean, had great showers, and a really lovely staff. We only stayed one night on our way across the country, but would have enjoyed staying longer.
Great RV Park
Spacious lots with green grass in between. Shady spots, concrete pads, good hookups and patio pad.
Great RV park
Nice even concrete parking and a grass island. Fabulous bathrooms and showers very nice staff and well maintained. Kids liked the pool but wished it was deeper but no complaints and they wanted to stay longer 😀
Hidden gem!!
This place is incredible. Very clean, spacious, huge. The pool is nice, laundry facilities are very accommodating. The staff members are very friendly and personable. We were going to boondock but didn’t like what we saw around the area so we decided to stay here. So glad we did!!
Best in South Central Idaho.
Beautiful, quiet, spacious, RV Park.
Good campground
Top notch campground.
Beautiful and friendly
This is A very accommodating place will stay here in future very nice campgrounds with clean showers laundry room pool and Jacuzzi playground for kids tennis courts and basketball courts and lots of dog parts
Best RV Park Ever
This park is an absolute gem. We are completing a trip from Washington to NH and back and have found this one to be the best RV park we have ever stayed at. The park is beautiful. The paved driveways are awesome. TONS of room for RVs to pull in. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The park is prestine. The pool was the perfect temperature, the hot tub is nice, there is basketball, tennis and horse shoes. Tons for families to do here. Lots of people take walks at night around the streets of the park. I can’t rave about this place enough. STAY HERE!

Mountain Home is a great place to stay
Mountain Home RV Resort is a picturesque park with over 280 spots split between a more established shaded spots and newer less shaded area. There are many long term residents yet given the number of available spots this does not present a problem. Shower and laundry facilities are plentiful and clean. There is no charge to use the shower and the cost of washers and driers is nominal. I would defiantly stay here again.
Great place for big rigs and small.
We stay here every year on our trip to Henry’s Lake ID. This is a great facility with long pads for big rigs as well as small rigs. The pool and spa are great as well as the fenced dog exercise yard.
Nice for quick stay....if you're lucky
This place caters to the "money campers", those staying a few nights total. Several of the staff may be courteous and helpful to these travelers. But, several of their legacy employees ( who, in our estimation appear to be anti social alki's who only "work" there for free rent), are some truly nasty and hostile folks. I mean to say they will give you the evil eye, spray herbicide into your exterior pet water bowl, disturb your stay endlessly with yelling back and forth over mowers, weed eating multiple times per week all around your sites yet still leaving windblown trash everywhere and the grass looking like Helen Keller mowed it. There is something really yucky at this place with most of the employees. Stay there and you'll see. There are MUCH nicer people operating parks in the region. We have never stayed anywhere and been treated with such flagrant rudeness, discourtesy and outright scary behavior by the resident employees. There are about 20 of them, fyi. The owners may want business, but these angry old folks running the place are like hanging a NO VACANCY sign out front. Again, it's decent for a quick stop but until the Courtesy/Manners improves and the contemptuous creepiness is removed, this place is 1 Star in our considered judgment.
The best
One of the best we have stayed at in 18 years. Extremely well laid out and designed. Great staff.
The best
One of the best top 5 parks. Well thought out and layed out. Big spaces with green grass all your connections in one location. Very helpful staff.
Good quality rv resort
Very good quality rv resort with all the expected amenities. Can be very windy and unfortunately noisy during the night - especially the I84 and many freight trains passing through the night. Free WiFi is very weak and intermittent so bring your own.
Has a little bit of everything
This resort has space for all kinds and sizes of vehicles. It has great outdoor space for families. It is hot here in the summer so the pool is a definite plus!

Full service and full comfort
UPDATED 2021: This place continues to provide excellent service and clean, spacious sites. Propane is a reasonable price ($2.70/gal as of 3/21). One awesome discovery I made this time around was a trailhead that starts behind Walmart and extends for about 2.5 miles towards Legacy Park. If you’re a runner or walker... give it a shot!
Everything about this RV Park is well-planned and fluid. From the arrival greeting to the spaces themselves, the facilities and the landscaping... it’s all warm and welcoming. They take great care of this park. The spaces are level, the grass between spots is large and manicured, and all the facilities are clean. We didn’t use the restrooms or showers but were told they’re in excellent condition. The sites are very easy to access and the picnic benches are spotless... which is borderline weird. There is a dog run, heated pool and spa, laundry, tetherball and more. Mountain Home RV Park is about 1 hour from Twin Falls and 45 min from Boise. In between both cities are tons of opportunity for outdoor adventure. Less than a mile from you RV spot is a Walmart and a Pilot station. They have propane refilling on site at the park. We would have stayed here for a month if we had the time. We will definitely return.

Greenery in the desert
Very nice well maintained rv park. Lots of spaces but fills up fast. Original spots have very nice green grass with mature trees. New area is coming along great, nice grass with growing trees. Lots of activities here, pool, children s play area, dog park, basketball court, gym and nice laundry room. Showers and restrooms very clean.
