Quick Trip
Rolled in without a reservation at about 7 PM on a Tuesday and there were a few spots to choose from. Such an accommodating host, nice private sites, beautifully maintained. It notes there is a sewage station, however, there is not. We used one about 15 minutes away in Tincup, $8 fee.
Nice Campground near the river
Enjoyed our stay. Took one of the first come first serve sites. Sites nicely spaced apart. Kathy our camp host is friendly and keeps everything clean and pit toilets smelling fresh. Went fishing and hiking close to site. Will come again.

Great Campground
This is a nice campground with 30 amp electric hookups, the camp hosts are great, but my only complaint is the loops are unpaved and people drive way to fast around the campground causing lots of dust.
Great Campground
Great Campground, great hosts, 30 amp electric sites, my only complaint is the loops throughout the campground are dirt and people drive way to fast around them and it can be dusty. SLOW DOWN!
Clean and friendly site for RVs and Tents
Stayed here three nights with the family and grandkids had a big RV pad with a big tent pad, picnic table, and fire ring. restrooms are spectacularly clean and fresh can post are amazing plenty of fresh water to walk to. Peaceful restful Campground.
an rv, built up site with amenities rather than a quiet rustic tent-friendly campground
The campgrounds is fine and clean and organized for those in big rvs who want cement pads and don't mind being surrounded by neighbors and generators etc. But for us who are more rustic tent campers, it was DOA. So, to be clear, my 2* review says more about us than the campground itself as it was great for others... Just not for us. If you prefer nature sounds and views, forests, quite, rustic conditions, this is not for you. If you prefer amenities, neighbors, easy in out, hookups, etc., This could be a great spot. Near creek like all campgrounds in this road but on other side of highway. (If it has its own creek, we didn't see it.) Nearly entirely reserved or taken when we passed through in mid July on a weekday about 3pm. Rustic folks, try north branch, one mile, lodgepole. All okay...(nothing is really rustic around here... Even the granite walk in sites are full on road noise... It is a question if degree.)
Baldy loop is a favorite for this bald dude
What a gem! Lottis Creek is peaceful and beautiful, and just a great place to relax and enjoy the Colorado air. We stayed here over the weekend and really enjoyed the hosts on Baldy loop. They took great care of this campground and were kind to compliment our group (with lots of kids between the two families there). Getting to talking to them this was their last season, so can't speak to the hosts for next year.
We didn't have any cell service on AT&T, though one of the kids in our group had Verizon and was able to get a signal for calls. Not sure on data, but the hosts did say "Verizon worked". As others say driving up to the reservoir (10 minutes) has full bars service (if you need it).

Amazing, clean, relaxing
Best camping ground I’ve been to. Host is amazing and hiking trail right next to the campgrounds leads to a beautiful valley. Will visit again
Easy going.
Stayed at the group site. Drinking water, pavilion with electricity & lights, your own restrooms. Slept right next to the creek. Trailheads walking distance away.
Quiet and beautiful
This campground is located about 15 minutes from Taylor Reservoir. You don’t have views of the reservoir but the campground is beautifully settled between pine trees. Yet, not enough shade to block our solar intake. No cell service. You have to drive to the reservoir to get it. The hosts were great and kept the place very cleaned and maintained. Some sites are more private than others. There is a nice hike close to the campground and the Taylor River is just a few minutes away. All sites had electrical hook ups. We loved it here!

Definitely a favorite
Great spot for tent or RV camping. Stayed in Union loop with Jess (site manager btw awesome guy). Pros: -very clean sites and restrooms thanks to Jess. -great fishing along the Taylor river -plenty of shaded area at the sites. -great hiking. Cons: -if coming from Denver it’s a trek due to cottonwood pass being under construction. Bottom line: definitely a great spot, must check it out.

Park Cone Loop of Lottis Creek Campground
Smaller part of the Lottis Creek camp area on the other side of the creek. Only 10 sites, most you can reserve. Well maintained, beautiful spot at 9000’. Lots of birds and deer. Cattle drive in late June skirts the boundary, but it’s kind of fun to watch the cowboys and their dogs work. Great hiking from the site.
Love Lottis Creek
Quiet, clean and peaceful campground. Friendly hosts. Looking forward to returning!
