January visit
Really enjoyed our first visit to this site. Lots to do. Very dog friendly. Closed to downtown Pismo. Easy access to the beach. Will go again.
Great
Fun, very clean, family oriented, staff was very friendly and helpful
Direct access to beach; great amenities
This is a pricey rv park, but great location and very busy. It is competitive with the others around and think it was the best one in the area. There are over 400 sites and so you are very, very close to your neighbor and tight parking at your rv, but the grounds are kept very nice and there are lots of things to do at the RV park.
Direct access to the beach and can stroll the beach all the way to downtown. Also walkable to state park with walking trails by the water.
Wifi worked excellent and had good AT&T cell service so easy to work remote here. Laundry on site and pricey, but machines worked well and very clean facilities with plenty of washers and dryers.$2.75/wash,$1.75/dry
Close to San Luis Obispo. Awesome food at Oasis Mediterranean, the Honeymoon Cafe and Talay Thai!
Large site, great location and beach access
At first we were unhappy seeing we had a site close to the outside road (189), but quickly changed our minds. It was an end space with our curb side facing out, giving us no neighbors and extra grass. Each site has hook ups, picnic table and fire ring. Any and all RV services are available with a great store and laundry. A gate leads to the beach and town is a couple short blocks away. We would definitely come back.

Great beach camping
When it comes to location, this campground is fantastic. It is right by the beach, downtown Pismo but far enough away that you aren't in the mix of everything. It has a restaurant, store, laundry, pool, basketball/tennis courts and beach access. My only complaint (not worth removing a star) is the camp sites are extremely close together. I mean 12-20ft from trailer wall (my trailer) to trailer wall (my neighbor's trailer). It is very crammed.
Great Location Nice Amenities
Tight spaces but great infrastructure. Courteous staff, great store with all replacement parts you might need. Steps away from the ocean. We will return.
Good place but smell like sh...
Large spots and amazing facilities but smell come from the sewing is really bad maybe because they put the picnic table near by the poo hole. I think have to watch about the dump stations. The rest is good.

Read before booking
Nice rv parking with lot space between thw rigs nice infrastructure just little expensive. Complain just about the check in 4pm and check out 12pm... no make sense but overall is good.
Cool location, Tight spots
Overall this campground is top notch. It’s clean, on site restaurant and store, on site security after hours, pool, beach access, etc. The location is great. A nice walk along the boardwalk down to the pier and shopping. The ONLY issue I have had is the spots are tight. I mean so tight that many times if you open your awning it will hit the RV next to you. So tight your fire pit is oh so close to your neighbors septic dump. There are larger sites in the campground but I believe those are reserved for members. It’s not my favorite campground due to the tightness. It it is cool to be able to walk down to the beach and pier.
Great Location and Great staff
We have spent many weekends at this resort, they have great amenities. Walking distance to downtown Pismo. You can’t beat the price and location. They have full hook-ups.
Tight but beautiful
Love how close the ocean was, and a short walk downtown. Spaces were a little tight but lots to do.
Not so bad, but not so cheap
Not a bad place to stay. This is a time-share RV camping spot filled almost constantly by Central Valley RVs (most of which are HUGE). Open sites for non-time-share campers are often few and far between, but they do take reservations.
Sites are close! Our 16 foot Airstream next to a 50 ft (?) fifth wheel with 3 axles was a site to see. Like a flea on a rat's back!
Plenty to walk to, nice beach to walk on, if you get bored it's your fault. Lots of in-camp conveniences.
Just too much $$ for such small sites!
Massive RV Park
First, this place is massive! The spots are very tight with neighbors very close. Sewer, electric and water are on a single concrete area that intrudes on your neighbors area (had to move neighbors table to hook up). While quiet time is 10:00 pm, it is NOT enforced. Prepare for a busy, noisy and crowded experience.
