Tall pines and tight sites

This park has been renamed to Flagstaff RV Park. The grounds are well kept in a tall evergreen forest. Spaces are fairly close but enough room to get in and out with ease. Park is right next to a highway so expect some niose. No showers/restrooms but there is a laundromat on site. Host is very friendly, booked me at the last minute and got a great spot. There are a few long-term residents, but most seem to be travelers. Wi-Fi is decent and T-Mobile got a good signal. I would stay again as a stop over

You're paying to stay in town and it's not bad.

Yes, you're packed in. But, for a packed in rv park, you actually get trees and decent views. We wish they had a dump station or allowed us to use an empty fhu site to dump. But, it really wasn't a deal breaker. We stayed because Coconino NF dispersed camping was still closed. Easy access to downtown or going up to the Sunset Crater /Cinders area. We'd stay again.

Cozy & Peaceful

We unfortunately got in late and only one nighted. My review will be short like my stay.

The parking is unorthodox and a little snug. But there is a lot of privacy fencing.

Lot of long-term residents.

All the amenities.

Quiet spot in the pines

#1 reason we came here first when looking for an RV park in Flagstaff = distance from the railroad tracks. Train noise is not an issue.

We came back when we needed a longer term site for the winter. Although the laundry room is closed for the season (back to laundromats for a while), everything else is working well. Water spigots are heated. People are friendly.

And I love walking out the back gate right onto a wonderful network of trails, everything from easy walking to a run on the AZT to a solid hike up Elden Mountain.

Quick access/short drive to the rest of town. Downtown Flagstaff is also worth walking around.

Our particular site is at an angle to the ones next to us, which seems odd at first but it turns out that we don't feel as much "stacked up" and aren't looking directly into each others' windows.

Definitely recommend Greer's.

3.5 stars. Nice enough but a little long in the tooth

When we arrived, Bob met us at the front and was super friendly. Really helpful./we appreciated that, and both my wife and I were favorably impressed. The campsite itself feels old and haphazard. The lots are scattered around and not orderly. The site feels a little overgrown. I enjoy mature trees, but they are EVERYWHERE and can make squeezing into the tight sites even trickier. It's pretty, in its way, but also feels very "lived in." We were in spot 11, right by the front(although to point in the correct direction, we had to drive all the way around to pull into our spot...made leaving the next day easy.) We had neighbors pull in after us(Spot 10) and they were REALLY close. The hookups, although older, all were in good shape and we had no issues. And despite appearances, our particular lot actually ended up being pretty level! We'd stay here again, but it was nothing fantastic. 3.5 stars, I would say.

Perfect stop in the pines

We spent four nights here in total and for the most part really enjoyed our stay. Campsites are randomly squished in among the trees meaning they are not very level and sometimes strangely sized but it feels very nice to be right among the pines. There is a nice access to forest service trails which we enjoyed. There are no bathrooms or showers but there is a laundry building. You have to sign up at the office to use it though. Lots of permanent residents. It was very quiet the whole time we were there - full every night but we barely saw another person. It appeared to be the cheapest full hookup sites in Flagstaff.

Full hookups but no restrooms or showers

We stayed here in June of 2020 on our way home to Phoenix area from Utah. It was right of the highway so there is some road noise. There seems to be a few people that rent out seasonal sites and have been there a while which is fine. No bathrooms or showers and that was o.k. with us since we have a fully contained camper so you aren't allowed to stay there unless you have that.
