Our RV parks and storage facilities are conveniently located just 0.3 miles off Interstate 20/59 at exit 76 near Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Call 205-553-9233 to make your reservations or visit our office today for a tour of our facilities. Our friendly staff will gladly assist you with questions you may have. Please Note: All Check-Ins are handled from our park office at Sunset West. Overnight customers wishing to stay at Avalon or Sunset East please stop by the office at Sunset West or contact us prior to arrival.

Bright light and road noise

Stopped for an overnight on our way home to Atlanta from a trip out west. Not much of a park. Most sites are long term or semi permanent. Only 6 available for regular RV. Water, 30/50 amp electric & sewer There is a small laundry room The office wasn’t open but we had reservations and had received an email about our site and directions. WiFi was poor. It is right off of I-20 so there was lots of road noise all night. There was a very bright vapor light above our site that lit up the whole area. There is a small dog walking area.

Easy Off Interstate

We stayed at Sunset West, which is the same RV park, but just about 5 minutes down the road. Amenities were only available at the east location. This included a small office, laundromat, and shower room. We had site 57, which was a level blacktop site that had sewer, water, cable and electricity. Dumpster located on site for trash. Loud traffic noise. But, with all that, it was 45.33 with tax.

Nice overnight stopping spot on an AL State Road in Cottondale, AL. Park has 93 mixed pull-thru and bac-in sites. 1-33 are on the office side of the road with 34 - 93 on the opposite side. Price is great at $33 a night.

Park has only 1 Bath/shower on the office side and no Bath house on the larger site side. FHU sites are more than acceptable.

PARKING LOT CAMPING

We stopped here just for a quick overnight stay on our way to Louisiana. Gravel spots with a concrete slab in front. Definitely just a no frills parking lot with full hookups. No trees, no playground, no pool, no picnic table, no fire ring. There are 2 parking areas. The first area has the office, laundry and bathroom. Our site was 53. Each site faces the one parking next to you! See pictures. But, for 29 dollars a night for full hookups, it's ok.

Great overnight!

Stayed for one night. Well maintained, level sites. Easy on and off the freeway. Very basic and clean.

Clean, great overnight place to rest.

This is a very nice place for an overnight stay. If your looking for amenities, this is not the place for you. Clean, nice management, easy in and out. I will stay here again. Full hook ups, including water sewer, electric and cable for $29/a night. No complaints here! Just off the interstate, I feel safe here! If you need a bath house close, again, probably not the place for you. Because it's across the highway. Close to everything in Tuscaloosa. No 5 stars because it sufficient for camping, not much more! Which is what we do!
